While Dr. Elia remains a fantastic dentist--skilled, caring, and personable--the office operations and patient care have noticeably changed. We first noticed a shift when Susan, the former office manager, left a couple of years ago. The welcoming, caring atmosphere she fostered hasn't been the same since. More recently, scheduling challenges and less helpful communication have added to our frustration. For example, my son, home from college, was told he has cavities, but the earliest appointment offered was after his return to school. I wasn't asking for special treatment but hoped for professional advice on how to proceed. My 14-year-old daughter also had a painful cleaning with a new hygienist and now feels reluctant to return. While we appreciate Dr. Elia's excellent care, the overall experience no longer reflects the high standard we once knew. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously to improve patient care and communication.

I offered to come back, but they said they could get me in. I really appreciate that I was able to see the dentist, Dr. Amante, right away. After x-rays the dentist came in and we went over my dental care. I thought he did a great job of listening to my concerns and giving me his recommendations. Considering they do general and cosmetic dentistry, I was concerned they would push the cosmetic procedures, but I felt Dr. Amante explained his recommendations and reasons very clearly. My wife also plans to visit the Lisle Dental Center. The one complaint I had was the excessive use of candles, they seemed to have one lit in every room. I have a slight allergy to some candles but it was tolerable.

DO NOT GO HERE‼ Jessica was my dentist and convinced me to get veneers done because i had some…read morecomposite done by her that kept chipping. I ended up trusting her and getting the veneers done which cost me around $13,000. Immediately when I saw them I was in shock from how horrible they looked. They were huge, so bulky, and super opaque, they looked comical. I had these for a year now and ever since I got them my gums were so inflamed and turning gray. I've been in constant pain, and had to get them fixed multiple times by them, but they were never fixed correctly. On top of this, I knew they werent sealed right because I always had a foul taste in my mouth from them and also felt them clicking in and out of place all the time. I brought these concerns up many times and it was never addressed properly. I finally am in the care of an amazing specialist who fixed me up! But he showed me scans of all the work shes done on my mouth and my jaw was dropped. None of the veneers were sealed and he said if i didnt get them fixed, my teeth would have all rotted out. He also pointed out a crown she did on me that was also done incorrectly and needs fixing. I reached out to her about her MALPRACTICE and for a refund to which she rudely declined. Save your money and do NOT give these scammers a dime.

They definitely have the best new technology in the office ( at least compared to other practices I went to previously).
