His staff is wonderful. Top notch. They graciously deal with some of the physical problems I've developed, that can cause me to cancel at the last minute. Dr. Hill has always done a great job whether it's fillings, crowns, etc. He's very particular about doing a perfect job so the patient is comfortable and the end result feels right. Dr. Hill is a very nice man and I never want him to retire. ;-)

I lived in Glen Ellyn for many years and had Dr. Jansky for a dentist. I moved to Iowa and tried to find a dentist over here. My mouth is small and it is so difficult to work on that the Iowa dentist threatened me with physical violence if I did not leave. I went back to Dr. Jansky. My mouth is 50% smaller than a normal adult mouth and she is still able to fill the back teeth. She is truly an expert. The dental technicians are also fantastic. For example, the equipment for x-rays is much too large to fit in my mouth. They have several different types of commercial x-ray holders to put in the mouth. ALL of them were much too large for me so they improvised one made from materials in the office. It is quite comfortable. This dental clinic is not cheap - but you get what you pay for.

It seems that no one wants to stay. Billing is terrible. They don't get pre-authorizations from Delta Dental when asked by me, the patient. There are plenty of other dentist in the area that continue their education and learn new techniques that are less painful and last longer. I ended up trusting her and getting the veneers done which cost me around $13,000. Immediately when I saw them I was in shock from how horrible they looked. They were huge, so bulky, and super opaque, they looked comical. I had these for a year now and ever since I got them my gums were so inflamed and turning gray. I've been in constant pain, and had to get them fixed multiple times by them, but they were never fixed correctly. On top of this, I knew they werent sealed right because I always had a foul taste in my mouth from them and also felt them clicking in and out of place all the time. I brought these concerns up many times and it was never addressed properly. I finally am in the care of an amazing specialist who fixed me up! But he showed me scans of all the work shes done on my mouth and my jaw was dropped. None of the veneers were sealed and he said if i didnt get them fixed, my teeth would have all rotted out. He also pointed out a crown she did on me that was also done incorrectly and needs fixing. I reached out to her about her MALPRACTICE and for a refund to which she rudely declined. They definitely have the best new technology in the office ( at least compared to other practices I went to previously).
