I communicated the party start time multiple times in advance, yet the setup team arrived about an hour and a half after the party had already started. While they did text saying they were running "super late" and claimed they would arrive by 11:30, the party started at 11:00 -- and when they finally got there, they still had to begin assembling everything while guests were already there. Unfortunately, the final product did not justify the price or the delay. The logo/signage was bubbled and uneven instead of smooth and polished, and overall the setup looked rushed and lackluster. I even paid for their parking without issue because I expected professionalism and a high-quality result. For the amount charged, I expected much better communication, punctuality, and overall execution. To top it off, at the end of everything, I was offered a 10% discount if I booked with them again. After this experience, it's safe to say I will not be booking with them again, nor would I feel comfortable recommending them to friends or family.
