They apparently are unable to read a packing slip. they do not provide parts for what they sell l and I would think twice about ever ordering anything from them in the future. Buyer beware. They sent out their repair person who checked it, said they could not find a leak in or around the pump and that to find a leak elsewhere would be time consuming and more expensive than the spa was worth and said it was time to buy a new unit. A friend suggested I call Creekside. Scheduling was a breeze, the tech arrived right on time, took a quick look, found two leaks that were right in the location where the other guy supposedly checked, and $250 later my tub was fixed and has been fine since. The tech was very professional, explained all that he was doing, worked efficiently and put everything back in order before he left. A+
