Naturally we were upset with their lack of accountability. After spending all day trying to get it fixed with our ISP, we were told it would be 5 days to get us up and running again. No phones, no computer access, no tv without the WiFi. No communication means loss of ability to call emergency services. At the veery least, Avree should have offered some assistance to help us fix the problem. I would not do business with them, and you should not either.

This caused the acid to eat away the wall ledger and coping on spillway. The plaster itself has been horrible since day one and there is no response from Avree. Emails and calls go unanswered. Literally feel like we were robbed. Pool has been filled for less than a year and plaster coloring and texture is patchy. The lack of customer service is frustrating and insulting. This does not slow Avree from pushing out social media videos of extravagant pools trying to advertise falsely that they do quality work.
