I asked to have someone come out immediately to inspect the pool and assess if any damage was done to the plumbing from their mistake. I was told I could book a service visit (that I would pay for). I expected a call back from a manager yesterday that never came. This is an unbelievable mistake for a pool company to make and could permanently damage my pool. I will not hire them again and I would recommend you don't either. After posting a review on google about this the owner replied and I received a call from a service manager. We talked through things to look out for and fortunately I think I avoided serious damage. They then asked me if I could do anything about the review I left. When I told them I wanted a refund for the pool closing that they screwed up they stopped calling. Go anywhere else for your pool service.

I'm now backed into a corner with no choice to order from them. 4) It's 6/14! I'm still waiting for my pool liner!!! Very disappointed!! I loved Empire until this. How can a company run this way?! Since we thought the issue was one in which we would just need to replace the face of the skimmer box, we took it off. Come to find out, Bob did not account for stretching the water in the pool would have on the liner, so the liner now sags so low we can not put the skimmer face back on. Even after all of this, I called to have a discussion about how we could repair it and Bob's starts off the conversation with it is not his problem. However, when I explained that I was going to consider paying to have him fix the issue, he became more receptive to having a discussion. His action in how he deals with customers is not one that I would want other people to experience.
