They explained everything's I wrongly decided to get electrical done elsewhere, nothing would heat up. Josh (the owner) drove up personally and within ten minutes diagnosed that the breaker was blown. He then took his time to drive out and buy me a new breaker, install everything and test all the systems He walked me thru it all and checked for leaks and ensured all the settings were good. A technician came to my house and I was told that the part was ordered. Six months later, I still didn't have the part. Eventually I had to get my attorney involved because I was completely left in the dark. Once my attorney got in contact with the store, they finally informed me that they no longer carry the brand of my hot tub. In all that time no one at the store let me know what was going on. Instead of offering any assistance I received a very hostile letter from Pamela Hester the Senior Managing Partner. Considering the issue with the part resulted from a lack of communication from the store, I felt that this was very rude and unnecessary. Do not purchase anything from here. They are unhelpful and make no effort to accommodate their customers.

Immediately after me, she decided to ring up a (White lady) who did not have to wait in line AT ALL! Granted she only had one item, so did I. Hobby Lobby already has a BAD rapport with racism but this was the final straw. I did not feel valued as a customer or respected as a person.
