The kitchen cabinets were stock cabinets and were pretty much installed in a few days. Zeus was also accommodating to some last minute additions. All in all, I am very pleased and if we have anything else to do in the house, I'm calling them. I wish I had pictures, but we need to do some tidying up still before that happens.

I was forced to manage the tracking of the missing part as Ferguson showed no interest. During installation my contractor found the valve to be defective and again no follow up without either myself of my contractor reaching out to the Sales Rep. Even after explaining that this defective valve was keeping the shower from being completed no effort was made to expedite the part. As usual, promises were made to forward tracking information as soon as it was available but of course that didn't happen until prompted with an follow up email. I will not use them for my upcoming Kitchen Remodel.

We had to take on some fixes ourselves due to gaps in execution, and multiple post-install service calls were missed, adding to the frustration. That said, the company did come back to address some of the issues. They trimmed out a vent and cabinet, provided the shelving we had requested, and offered additional fixes at an extra cost. While the process wasn't smooth, we do appreciate that they ultimately made an effort to correct some of the problems. I was very impressed that they took a bad situation and did their best to make it right!!
