I was at the show room and was amazed at the quality of the Marquis hot tubes in the show room verses what I received. Southern Leisure is doing the right thing replacing it. I did not want nor buy a blemished hot tub I paid full price for it. Now its up to Marquis to build my replacement to the quality standards I have seen in other Marquis hot tubes. That guy, Neal, is absolutely horrible. He seems like he just tries to see how quickly he can get out of there, doesn't care if the job is done or not. He was at my house for 8 minutes today and last week was around the same amount of time but then sends an email outlining what all was done . Service is to include vacuuming. He has lied twice saying he vacuums but have it on camera what was done. Bugs are still in the pool just as they were before he got there. We have canceled already but they were supposed to finish the month out but seems pointless cuz Neal does nothing anyway. Stay away from this company

I had my first pool built in Wylie and the process went well. There was an issue with decorative glass tiles being forgotten on the steps but this was corrected after the pool was built and filled. They also damaged my fence but paid to have it repaired. So that experience was good 4+ stars. My second pool was built in Farmers Branch and it's like a whole different experience. My pool has had leaks like crazy. I do have a lifetime warranty on the shell so each time I request a leak check they send someone but they do tell me that if no leak is detected then I will have to pay for the service. Well each time there has been a leak. My skimmers leaked, as did my main drain. Well the skimmer box was fixed and the main drain was "fixed" but in the process they cross treaded the screws that hold the main drain cover in place. So I keep texting their service company and they say they will send someone out (usually no one shows) this has been going on for close to a year. The main drain leak was detected the middle of 2023 and the cover hasn't been fixed since then. In addition my spa grout needed to be replaced after just 2 years this wasn't covered under the shell warranty but the guy who did replace it said it looked like it was very thin (too much water) when it was done so it just dissolved over time. All of my LED pool lights went out and had to be replaced this past year- so they lasted 4 years not sure if that is good or not. But it wasn't cheap to replace them. Overall this experience with this pool has been nothing short of horrible and while I felt I got great service the first time around this time I can't get anyone to fix or follow up on issues. Very disappointing, I had recommend and suggested Hobert to many of my coworkers, friends and neighbors but from now on I will not. Update 6/28/24 They sent someone out and so far (2 weeks of using the robot cleaner but no one has gone swimming yet) the cover has remained on.

I had struggled with a problem with my Polaris for weeks. It simply wasn't moving. I assumed the…read morebooster pump had gone bad, and I replaced it myself. The Polaris still wasn't moving. Then, I discovered that water was flowing constantly through the backup port of my Polaris backup valve. So I assumed the backup valve was bad, and replaced it as well. Still no movement of the Polaris. So I called Poolworx. I had used Poolworx previously about a controller panel problem, and they had quickly and inexpensively fixed it. Jesse listened patiently to what the issue was and what steps I had taken to try to resolve the problem. He made no judgements. He checked a couple of things, and within a couple of minutes, Jesse correctly diagnosed the problem as a clogged outlet on the Polaris. He pointed out the problem, which was clear to see when he pointed it out, yet I had failed to notice it. He took it to the shop for a quick and inexpensive servicing. I felt chagrined that I had spent so much time and money trying to fix it myself. Jesse was the service technician you always hope you will get when you call with a problem. I should have called Poolworx at the beginning.
