Once we placed the order, Nancy scheduled our delivery which was actually scheduled around the site prep we were finishing. On delivery day, three gentlemen arrived to unload and set up the tub in the location we had prepared. Delivery and setup were top notch as well. Our experience with Nancy and the rest of the team at St Cyr was A+++! We cannot recommend St. Cyr enough if you're looking to purchase a new hot tub.

I asked to have someone come out immediately to inspect the pool and assess if any damage was done to the plumbing from their mistake. I was told I could book a service visit (that I would pay for). I expected a call back from a manager yesterday that never came. This is an unbelievable mistake for a pool company to make and could permanently damage my pool. I will not hire them again and I would recommend you don't either. After posting a review on google about this the owner replied and I received a call from a service manager. We talked through things to look out for and fortunately I think I avoided serious damage. They then asked me if I could do anything about the review I left. When I told them I wanted a refund for the pool closing that they screwed up they stopped calling. Go anywhere else for your pool service.

But last year we had an issue with are pool for the first time and this company tried many different times to resolve and even when they said they tried everything it still didn't work right. So we closed the pool for the summer without ever using it for the first time since we've had it. This year we called a new company to open our pool and gave them the history of last year. They started up our pool but it still was not working right. Called this company back for service and they couldn't come for almost 2 weeks. Ended up calling North Shore and they said they could come the next day. Once again I explained the issue and they believed it was "this". They even suggested I could clean or check this first so not to waste my money for them to come if it was that. But I felt ill equipped and not as knowledgeable so preferred their expertise to confirm. So they came and took a look. After tinkering around etc it seemed they figured it out. They said if we have replacement parts in stock we'll replace. They called back later that day, said they did and would be back tomorrow. Pool has been working great ever since. And their prices were completely reasonable compared to the other 2 companies we used which were a bit outrageous, well at least the 1st company mentioned was. New England Spas and Hot Tubs…read more NE Spas had an incredibly knowledgeable service department that went over and above to support a buyer who didn't acquire the highest end tub AND lives on a island! This issue arose because I chose to plug in my tub (how hard could it be) because hiring an electrician to come to an island by boat is difficult. Turns out, an electrician would have known to clamp the main power cord. Pulling on it over time ended up shorting out the circuit board. That's when the fun began. NESpas made sure to order the right replacement board, put me on a group chat and walked me through the installation. I clamped the power cord and it's operated flawlessly ever since. At one point in time, this store might have been good, but the recent string of 1 star review should be a warning sign. There's a possibility that the store is currently going out of business, but I'm not privy to their current state of financials. As of May 2025, they have a D- rating with the Better Business Bureau, a 2.2/5 stars on Yelp, and a string of some pretty terrible 1 star reviews over the last year on their Google Maps profile.
