Once the pool cage was up, they'd also just walk right on in. Extremely unprofessional for them to not bother knocking on the door to alert you they are there to work. Shoddy work (one part has failed twice already). They also don't know how to get the control panel to work with the app (which the sales guy said was "so easy to do"). This company has also called me a liar to prospective new customers. It's extremely unprofessional for them to do that. If any of you all want proof, I have tons of email and text trails showing that this company royally sucked and didn't do their job professionally, nor on time. And to call me a liar for letting the world know about the terrible experience I had...they are horrific. When you have loads of negative reviews about a company, it really tells the story. Superior Pools is NOT one of those companies. We contracted with Superior Pools to build a new pool in our very small backyard. Dani, our designer, listened to our needs and provided a fantastic 3D drawing of our prospective pool. Once we signed off on the project and the permit was approved, work started very quickly. We were amazed at the punctuality and knowledge of the Superior work crews. They remained on schedule and completed the job on time, perhaps even a bit ahead of schedule. After the pool was built, Josh and Pat were willing to hold our hand through learning how to use our new equipment and clean our new pool. They made it easy for us to understand, so for that we are thankful. To us, having someone that stands behind their work and keeps their word on time and cost is priceless. Their staff is amazing and we sat down with them and went over what we wanted in a pool, such as type and size as well as options. We settled on a Roman style pool with a single stage water fall. We also added a mermaid mosaic which gives the pool a nice touch. We opted for the Travertine natural stone pavers that look fantastic. At 30' x 14' the pool is just the right size for the backyard and there's plenty of room to entertain a large party. I can't say enough about their work crews, they worked fast, efficient and were very courteous and respectful. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to install a new pool. They took care of all permits, only one I had to get was the one from our HOA for the construction. Pool was completed in just over 30 days as they told us that we could expect the build to be about 35-45 days. Joe and Olivia were a pleasure to deal with and I recommend asking for them to anyone interested. Well the two pots were delivered a couple days later July 1st from the store but I did not receive the potting soil till I got home Tuesday July 6th when I got home. This was on my doorstep (see pics). My wife just had hip replacement surgery and had to enter the house from the garage. HOME DEPOT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I called my Home Depot store and asked for a manger. I was connected with Daniel, an assistant manager.
