They got $3,700 of my money and then when challenged, he hung up, blocked my number and email. Class Act!! They replaced both of my pool pumps. Converted them both to Variable Speed, and we went with what they recommended. Tony (installer) was always friendly. The booster pump has failed 2x in less than 2 years (they last about 9 months). During the 2nd installation, Tony readily admitted they have had recent issues with that model (PB4SQ). When I called this morning, I was told someone would call me back. Received a call from Adair (sp?) who continued to cut me off when describing the issue, because he needed to express that it wasn't under warranty. Which was confusing to me, as the current pump has been installed far less than a year. Our call got VERY heated. Once I told him he was being recorded, it was amazing how his tone changed. WAS COMICAL! In the end, his resolution was "take it up with Polaris, have a nice day" and hung up. Then proceeded to block my email & phone number, further showing his respect for the customer and service. Beware...poor diagnosis, poor customer service, poor product & service backing, poor communication.

Only to become the problem that had to fixed after. Our travertine coping was installed and reinstalled 3 or more times. I still have tiles that are chipped. They forgot to install the ozone system... I found out it's not there during pool school when they supposedly completed the work. Also the autofill was not actually connected when pool supposedly was already completed ... they had to come back for that as well. Their subs showed up at work w children in tow.... Etc. Now I contacted them for a warranty issue and they will not cover it. They said they don't believe I emptied the autofill during the freeze. I assure you I did. When I went to turn it on , after the freeze , it was spewing water out. A plastic screw came out. The pump is also not working property and they are saying it's industry standard. It worked just fine after pool was done until a few months ago. I cannot get it above 70 GPM and had it to 90-100 before when we had pool parties. They don't stand behind their product and are terrible to work with. Go build your pool with someone else.

We interviewed several pool companies and only Jeff was able to see the space and our vision to produce an excellent plan. When it came to selecting out the details, Jeff helped us pick materials and design elements that are not only beautiful, but FUNctional too! The building process was not as easy as we wanted it to be. Construction started the day after we signed the contract, but completion took longer than we had hoped for. Delays in materials and crews showing up could be frustrating. Some of the subs were not as considerate of our property as we expected, Through it all, Jeff was always cool and calm in handling our complaints. He has the grace to come into a tense conversation and leave on warm and friendly terms. There were some issues with the installment of our water features by subcontractors.
