We got our pool tile done in April, a week after the grout cracked around the whole pool. They put more grout on top on the cracked grout. Then it cracked again and I was promised it would get fixed back in May and it is now almost July. There is grout dripping down the tiles, and grout left inside of my pool. The pictures I attached are what it currently looks like. After multiple times of reaching out I'm pretty they sure ghosted us and never intend to fix it. Not mad just disappointed at the work we got for the money we spent.

We interviewed several pool companies and only Jeff was able to see the space and our vision to produce an excellent plan. When it came to selecting out the details, Jeff helped us pick materials and design elements that are not only beautiful, but FUNctional too! The building process was not as easy as we wanted it to be. Construction started the day after we signed the contract, but completion took longer than we had hoped for. Delays in materials and crews showing up could be frustrating. Some of the subs were not as considerate of our property as we expected, Through it all, Jeff was always cool and calm in handling our complaints. He has the grace to come into a tense conversation and leave on warm and friendly terms. There were some issues with the installment of our water features by subcontractors. Jeff made several repairs and finally got them perfect. He also helped us with maintenance warranty issues and makes good on service after the sale. Like all his workers said, Jeff will stand behind his work and get things right. The proof is in the finished product and we are very happy with that, and the service provided by Jeff and Waterrock! Disappointed and Frustrated - Would Not Recommend…read more In 2023, Gary's Pool and Patio installed our pool. While the initial pool installation went smoothly, nearly everything that followed has been a huge disappointment. They recommended a subcontractor named Frank to handle the concrete, coping, and installation of three water sheers--this was a major mistake. The concrete work is wavy and has already started cracking. The pool drain is so tight that it's nearly impossible to remove for cleaning. The cool coat applied was so thin that within just a few months, the base texture and color were showing through. Even worse, the $1,800 water sheers are unusable because they leak. Within the first year, the pool pump had to be replaced. The sand filter leaks. I've been reporting an ongoing water loss issue--200 to 300 gallons weekly, even through the winter months--and despite sharing results of a bucket test with Gary's, I've received no response or assistance. No leak detection, no follow-up--nothing. The Cool Coat had to be completely redone, but neither Frank nor Gary's Pool and Patio would stand behind their workmanship. I asked Gary's to price match the Cool Coat, and they came back $175 higher than other vendors. Financing was also a headache. We caught them overcharging us--an obvious billing error that we had to point out. Toward the end, they wanted us to send them the remaining loan funds (around $5,000) and promised to reimburse us. This raised serious red flags, and we were told, "We do this all the time," as if that should have reassured us. "Pool school" was a joke. We paid to learn how to operate and maintain our pool, yet we were never taught how to set up the lighting programs or salt generator. I had to contact Pentair directly to figure it out myself. Bottom line: Gary's Pool and Patio provides decent service until the final payment is made. After that, you're just a number. We do love having a pool, but if we could do it over again, we'd choose a different company. Don't get swayed by the promise of a lifetime shell warranty or quick installation times. Do your research--Gary's Pool and Patio is not what they appear to be.

An outdoor kitchen that was left unfinished, forcing us to hire and pay outside contractors to complete the work. A spa that is currently leaking. Spa jets that have never functioned properly and cause water to overflow instead of operating as designed. When we requested documentation for our records, such as the materials, colors, and products that were installed, the company never responded. Our pool was a significant investment, yet we repeatedly had to push back when lower-quality materials were being proposed. After researching the products ourselves, we insisted on higher-quality options instead of the cheaper slide, flooring, and other materials they initially wanted to install. There are many more issues than I can list in one review. My advice to anyone considering this company is to do your research, get every promise in writing, keep detailed records, and don't rely solely on verbal assurances. A pool is a major investment, and you deserve quality workmanship and a company that stands behind its product long after the final payment is made.
