They don't test the pool chemistry. I had zero free chlorine just 2 days after service. The pH was way too high as well as the CYA. The pool was very cloudy one time and they did nothing about it when they came out. I had to call them back to fix their sub-par work. When I confronted them about the dirty skimmer baskets, Jack denied responsibility rather than man up and fix it. I'm going to find a real professional to maintain my pool instead of Jack and his 10-year-old employee. The pictures are AFTER they "cleaned" the pool!

They will not only build your pool, but you can also have them do your maintenance at a very reasonable price. There is no doubt that Dream Pool Creations takes pride in their work and I would not even think twice about referring them to friends and family. I am a disabled veteran, so I had some requirements to ensure that I can use the pool safely. The owner spent hours with me designing a pool that would fit my needs and make sure I would be safe in the pool as well, this personal touch to already stellar service is something you do not experience often these days. After this process, I was provided with 3-D mock-ups of what the pool would look like in my backyard, which was instrumental in finalizing the design. Our designer/salesperson, Chandler, was wonderful. He listened to our ideas and brought them to life with a design we absolutely love. A special shout-out to our project manager, Katelyn, who was amazing. Her passion for her work is evident. 0 star review here. They were terrible to work with during the building time with no supervision…read morefor their subs. Every concern I brought up was dismissed .... Only to become the problem that had to fixed after. Our travertine coping was installed and reinstalled 3 or more times. I still have tiles that are chipped. They forgot to install the ozone system... I found out it's not there during pool school when they supposedly completed the work. Also the autofill was not actually connected when pool supposedly was already completed ... they had to come back for that as well. Their subs showed up at work w children in tow.... Etc. Now I contacted them for a warranty issue and they will not cover it. They said they don't believe I emptied the autofill during the freeze. I assure you I did. When I went to turn it on , after the freeze , it was spewing water out. A plastic screw came out. The pump is also not working property and they are saying it's industry standard. It worked just fine after pool was done until a few months ago. I cannot get it above 70 GPM and had it to 90-100 before when we had pool parties. They don't stand behind their product and are terrible to work with. Go build your pool with someone else.
