Be very careful with this dealer even with warranty work or recalls. I had a recall for my 2023 Colorado and brought it to Leson not once, but twice to get this recall done and still didn't get it done from them. I did my research before booking the 2nd appt and writing this review. The first visit took about an hour in total with no recall done to the vehicle. I noticed this because there were no updates applied to my vehicle in the system settings tab. Upon doing more research with fellow Colorado owners, I was able to confirm this because my receipt didn't have any warranty claim codes on it, simply just comments from the tech (misspelled performed btw). Booked a 2nd visit, again took another hour, and left with no codes on receipt or updates to system settings in the dash. At this point I was fed up dealing with this, mind you I'm losing money from work since I'm spending additional time to get a RECALL done. Booked a 3rd appt on the eastbank at another Chevrolet dealer, and they successfully performed the recall with no issues. Dropped it off and picked it up the next day. Look, I get you don't make any money from the customer on recalls, but don't tell me the recall was completed when it blatantly wasn't. The excuse I was given by the advisor was "the technician didn't click the right reprogram button on the screen". So you either have technicians that don't know what they're doing, or you simply advise to staff not to worry about recall jobs. I knew what to look for before following up the next day on the 2nd visit. Gladly providing proof of my visits so others can see. Your technician can't even spell "performed" correctly on the invoice.

Initial message. Any person knows that the dang dealership isn't open at damn near midnight or sundays

I had scheduled a test drive for Monday via text late on Saturday night. I did not appreciate that Ashley made it seem like I didn't comprehend that they were closed on Sunday (which everyone knows about dealerships). She had already stated and asked what time would I like to come on Monday. I gave her two times and she followed up by saying there were closed on Sunday's. Like duh!! We already established that. Idk if she was partially asleep or what. I also was even taken aback when I canceled ( after finding out that this location had sent a Snapchat to call for racists to shoot at black lives matter (Equally!!) protestors. I stated this fact as my reasoning and was met with a "No Problem!". Like dang. Y'all can't even pretend to care or think what happened was wrong. Do not buy from here. They truly are unapologetically racist. And I don't care if this is some company they have working for them after hours. The company they keep and the people in charge at LESON all act this way I can assure you. .

I was nervous. I had a very small budget and found I was pressured into buying more than I could afford at other dealers. Kione, Kayla, Tiger, and Joe made my experience at Leson Chevrolet great! They *figuratively* held my hand through the whole process, even though I was a "small fry" buying a small car. :) They helped make the process a fun and memorable one for all the right reasons and I love my new little Chevy Spark!!! Thanks, Leson Chevrolet, you and all your people rock!

Hello so thankful for the team at Leson Chevrolet whom assisted my son with purchasing his first car! My son worked very hard to have a great credit score and lots of money saved in the bank so I took him to the dealership to purchase a car. The finance manager educated him on everything that he needed to know and and he listened intently and he took the advice and ended up getting a great use 2018 Ford escape for a very good price and an excellent interest rate. Thank you lesson for taking the time to not only sell my son a vehicle but to educate him on how to buy a car and financing. After we thought we had a great deal we received a call the following day with an even lower interest rate! I applaud the honesty! I would've given five stars but we did go there late and the car was not clean inside. We were told that they would honor a detail and our decision was to do it once the license plate come in. Great experience for a new buyer!

Drove an hour today to buy a Bolt EUV advertised at $27,125 on Autotrader only to find that it had magically gone up over $5,000 in price by the time I got there. I just left. The death of the dealership car-buying experience cannot come fast enough. Shady, unethical practices.

BRING YOUR TOOLS. I…read moreshowed up to check it out, and boy oh boy (yeah, that's an expression), is this placed organized! First off, you can actually check for the car / parts on their website. I've gone to another junk yard, and it can be a hit or miss b/c their selection is definitely "smaller" and there's no real accountability on their items. 2) It's organized like I said earlier. There are rows of neatly stacked up cars sectioned off by import or domestic cars. 3) Every car sits about 2 to 3 feet high so you don't need to jack up the car. If you needed to get the springs or shocks for example, it's as easy as it will ever be. Trust me. Lastly, the parking lot is immaculate. Seriously, immaculate. Plus when you walk in, it feels like an Advance Auto Part store with two cashier like registries on the right side (one to check for parts and the second to check your tools and pay the $2 entry fee). And yes, the entry fee is worth it for $2 (and I'm super cheap). BTW, when you do check out, the other side of the check-in point has the actual cash register (i.e. 3 of these) to allow you to pay for their items. Just to illustrate how popular they are, when I arrived on a Wednesday morning about 9:30am, there were 4 sets of people in line with a few others already inside their massively organized "junk" yard. Good stuff. So....bring your tools b/c you'll pull the part yourself so that you can enjoy the plethora of "goods."

Then they asked if I would leave my original wheel with them. They lost the original wheel somehow. I couldn't get out of work so my elderly mother went down there. She's a mild mannered woman but they aggravated her. She didn't tell me the whole story but I think she had to resort to having the Sheriffs office get the original wheel back. My mom wouldn't talk about it. It was that disturbing. I wish I hadn't involved my poor mother. I wish I had just gotten the wheel at the dealership or a tire store. I wanted to save money but it ended up indirectly causing all kinds of family problems due to the mix up. Just very disorganized. I am shocked they never went out of business. They caused me a lot of problems and unnecessary grief. I beg you to go somewhere else. Please. Ok the tires here are a good deal, I will give you that. The ppl in there are working hard and…read moredoing the best they can. However, they are clearly very miserable and there is a reason for that and if you buy tires here, you will find out what that reason is. Really it's two reasons which I will outline here: 1: there is only one line. The line is for: initially, figuring out which tires you want - which you cannot do without all the information from your car and its tires - which you are going to have to leave the line to acquire. When you return, you will wait in the line again before you can give them your information and select your tires. After that, you'll wait for them to put the tires on (which was reasonably fast). Then you will re-enter the building and stand in the line again in order to pay and get your keys back. as you can imagine, this clearly sucks and could be resolved with a second person doing half this job on another one of the register machines that they already have. 2: there is a rear door and (presumably to keep people from stealing using the door to the tire area to escape) , the door has a button in a plastic case that you may press to open the door that sometimes works and sometimes does not work unless one of the employees pushes a different button. IF AT ANY POINT someone comes near the button or the door or something in that area, a loud angry Claxon sounds. It sounds like this. "MEEEEAAAAAAAH!" This seems like it could on some level be reasonable, but the problem is it happens every 30 seconds at least. When you combine these two factors (the line and the Claxon) what you end up with is repeatedly standing in the same line and being blasted by a horrible sound while you and everyone else tries to accomplish their tasks as their stress meter increasesto unmanageable levels, as if you're in some kind of Faustian purgatory designed purely for human suffering. However, the tires are cheap.

It was then that Betsy..our sturdy Honda van struck a rogue chunk of jagged cement. Before we knew it, we were driving on the rim of our right front tire. Looked like a monster had bitten a chunk out of that Goodyear...Scary. Well, we weren't on the highway doing sixty, so that was a plus. We limped into the Auto Care Center, and were greeted by their capable, friendly staff. Explained the situation, left the van with them, went to Walmart to food-shop and eat a couple Subway sandwiches. The mechanics did not ask us to drive the van closer to the service area, since the rim might have also been compromised and they wisely, had to determine THAT before anything else could happen. An hour or so later, after lunch, we returned. Betsy was almost good as new. (BTW she drove us 1200 miles from NYC to NOLA in July, not even a hint of trouble - great vehicles, them Hondas). We thanked the guys and gals who got us back in business. The charges were fair, in fact cheaper than many car places, without sacrificing quality of service. Gold stars to everybody. We shop for groceries and household items at Walmart several times a week. But we will keep the auto care center in mind, 'just in case"..thanks, y'all!
