Mel came out to give me a quote and they started demo the next day. They showed up on time and worked hard.. They had the demo done in just a few hours. The salesman, customer service and installation team I dealt with are second to none and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality and outcome of my patio! Many colors and designs can be created and at a relatively inexpensive option and the maintenance is a breeze. Our experience with TerraFirma was insane. We are seniors and my husband is in hospice. Their employee proceeded to tell me that our home had not flooded, that IF it flooded it was somehow our fault or I was a liar. He refused to acknowledge our buckled floors that you can visibly see and feel when you are walking in the damaged areas. The man was insane. Needless to say, I kicked him off our property. Thank goodness hospice workers were driving up our driveway, or he would not have left. Hospice saw that I was visibly upset with the man's insane behavior.
