Opportunities abound! I'm going to give this place five stars for future possibilities. Jeff Mease…read moreand his team already do amazing large events, host a Saturday morning 8-12 farmers market, and cater events all over the city from the kitchen here. The kitchen space is immaculate and impressive. Their walk ins are bigger than some apartments. We attended the 2023 Bloomington craft beer festival at the location this week and it was a wonderful success. I also attended the ending homelessness in Bloomington event indoors recently. I can envision this property with a little more private investment or even from the county becoming like the Pearl district in San Antonio Texas. I realize this is a large ask because the billionaire that owned pace salsa is from San Antonio, and spent much of his own money regentrifying the pearl. However, with a local culinary school it's definitely possible. I can imagine adding bars, restaurants and shops to the outside space, and including the creek that runs by in the plans. I will love to see great things come from this space!

Not sure where the good reviews are coming from but I stayed in the lower part of the hotel and it…read morewas like a room where a murder would take place. Actual keys for the door to room so they are way behind times, room looked nothing like pics I saw online...I assure you if they took pics of my dark and dingy room with a crappy little tv screwed to the wall they never would book a room. It just reeks of old mustiness and while on subject of the tv, you best bring a book or tablet cause the crappy reception to the room from some terrible cable connection will drive you mad. The temp to the room was modulated by a switch that states (hot / cold) written in marker on a plate...but doesn't matter cause both do the same thing.....nothing! The actual thermostat is from the 60's...doesn't do a damn thing either. Pillows were made of granite...couldn't even bend them..never had a worse pillow ever... Also seasons staff, don't have a vending machine with perishables in them if it doesn't have refrigeration! Nothing like a liquid kit jar bar..yum! All this for the God awful price of $138 a night!!! Go anywhere else...sleep in a dumpster If you must..

We did not stay at Seasons. We only came one Sunday for the Sunday brunch buffet. So this review is…read morefor the buffet only. On the plus side: The items on the buffet were really tasty -- fried chicken, mashed potatoes (not from powder), a delicious chicken/white gravy, and those amazing rolls served with apple butter. Oh my goodness, you could seriously just fill a plate with rolls and apple butter and call the meal a success. They're hard to describe, but they're kind of round dinner rolls with a sweet and slightly cinnamon type flavor. They are crunchy on the outside (possibly fried?) and really delicious. Add the apple butter and some butter butter and it's pretty heavenly. There was also a salad bar that was OK but nothing super special. In all, I guess there aren't a ton of options and it's definitely not a buffet for those watching their weight or with dietary restrictions. But what was there was hot, delicious and plentiful. And, like I said, seriously, the biscuits themselves are worth the trip. And at something like $12 a person, it's a pretty decent deal, especially if you go hungry. Would recommend, but advise that people go knowing what to expect. This is not a buffet that will boggle your mind with options. But it will taste good and leave you satisfied.

Flowers For You was supposed to do the flowers for our wedding on October 21, 2011. When the…read moreflowers had not arrived and it was only an hour until our ceremony a friend called and found that Cindy thought the wedding was the next day! After some discussion they said they would get them there as soon as possible. Our flowers arrived half way through the wedding photos! We had no flowers for our ceremony! I had a disappointed flower girl with no petals to drop. My husbands family photos have no flowers in them. My mother in law who is very sick with cancer never even saw her corsage! While I understand that mistakes happen I feel that dealing with your mistake as quickly and apologetically as possible is a very important part of good customer service. Apparently Flowers For You has no idea about this. The day of the wedding when Cindy finally showed up with the flowers she barely said two words to me, I am sorry was not one of them! She dropped the flowers and ran with her tail tucked as fast as she could. I did not try to deal with this blunder that day as I did not think it was appropriate and did not want any further negatives on our wedding day! I called the next morning to find out when I would receive my refund and Cindy was unavailable. I was told by the person on the phone that she would find out what would be done and that someone would call me that day or by Monday at the latest. I never received a call. I called again while on my honeymoon and was told that the accountant would be cutting me a check. Upon returning from our honeymoon there was no check in the mailbox. I called again and was told that this person was not aware of what was going on but would have Cindy call me. I can honestly say to this point I had been very patient and was calm each time I called. I now have been calling 1-3 times per week to find out what is going on with my refund to be told each time that I would be receiving it in the mail. Yesterday I blew up when I was told that I would get a refund but they were not sure when because Cindy was trying to come up with the money! At no time has Cindy bothered to return a single call to me. This flower shop apparently feels that if they have screwed up the customer can be left in the dark and they could care less about making things right. If they had simply told me what was going on from the beginning and made some effort to apologize for their mistake I honestly would not be writing this review! The flowers were beautiful and what I wanted (unfortunately they were too late for this count for much!). As I said earlier I understand that mistakes happen. If they are having financial difficulties they should have told me that and set up a repayment plan I would have worked with them. Instead they are not returning my calls and now appear too be using caller ID to screen my calls and not answer them. This business has been around for a long time but apparently they have never learned a thing about making a mistake right! I would recommend steering clear of this flower shop if you want good customer service and if you want your flowers to show on the correct day!
