They have been loving and compassionate with helping us raise and teach our sons and were very accommodating and supportive when we had to pull out our youngest son due to a medical issue he developed. Everyone is attentive to our concerns and questions and our boys have learned from a great curriculum in a caring environment and were certainly not just being kept alive and unharmed. We look forward putting our youngest son back at TLE West U when his condition allows!

My daughter was in a hurry to pick up my younger daughter who's enrolled here with the learning experience. She didn't make her feel comfortable at all and unwelcome. When we started the search for day care and walked into TGTA, Ms. Toma instantly made us feel welcome and safe. She encouraged us to ask questions and visit as many other facilities to feel confident in our decision. Needless to say we knew from the start that TGTA was the right fit. Every morning our toddler runs up to her teachers and gives a big bear hug, which is a constant reminder to me of how much she enjoys her time here. I appreciate that she gets designated reading, music and art time. We find that her vocabulary, social skills and general curiosity are increasing by the day. For our infant, we receive daily reports for feeding, naps, diapers, etc which makes the transition from school to home that much easier. There is transparency with multiple webcams for parents, and flexible hours for drop-off and pick-up. The teachers and staff truly care about our kids, and we consider ourselves so fortunate to be part of the TGTA family.

From the first call, Stuart, the office manager took a lot of time to answer all my questions about what kind of programs they have the kids in, their meals, and how they handle Covid restrictions. I wanted a daycare that had some structure to it and didn't just let the kids watch tv all day. Once I did the tour, I was impressed with how friendly the staff was and willing to take the time to talk to me. The rates are very affordable too and meals are included! My son has been at the day 4 1/2 months now and it has been a great experience. The staff and Ms. Cynthia (the owner) continue to be caring and encouraging to my son. They let me know when he needs extra supplies or has any problems that might crop up. They have a great app called Brightwell where I can see photos, crafts, and what they're learning every day. Highly recommend Kids Connect if you want a staff that cares, a good facility and great communication.

A young lady told me I can't stop but to just be quick so I continued. I'm not sure how you safely put kids in the car without stopping, so i didn't realize this was problematic. The next lady that approached me was extremely rude yelling at me that I can't do this and she's going to report it. I let them know I don't the system, but if they tell me a better option I would be happy to do it. There was no reason to be that rude. Politely offering a more appropriate solution would've been sufficient. Instead this lady was aggressive with me as I was juggling two toddlers and a newborn in the Texas summer heat. The last thing I wanted to do was slow down the line, but being nasty about it when the first young lady told me it was ok feels like her anger was misplaced. Unacceptable.

After infant 2, you no longer get activity logs or pictures of your child even though it state ms you will in the parent handbook that you sign. 45 day withdrawal notice without proration so be sure to time it perfectly or you'll lose out on your deposit. My child no longer enjoys going to school and haven't been able to connect with the new teacher with the exception of 1 that has since resigned. 2 of the 3 teachers in Toddler class is no longer there within such a short period of time. . The food is unhealthy (Apple Jacks, ect ) for a 20 month old even-though my child feeding directions show nothing with added sugar. I really want to like this school but with the higher ratios than all of the neighboring schools and multiple undocumented accidents leaving my child with marks and no explanation I just can't recommend this school. $1700 per month, + $150 quarterly supply fee... not bad but not worth it for what you get
