BUYER BEWARE After…read morea few calls and messages with the owner/founder (agent), I was promised I'm getting a Landlord Insurance with a $300K liability. After paying for the policy, I got the declaration page, where it showed a liability of $100K. I asked to raise it to $300k and paid a small difference in premium for that (according to the agent) It was not until 2 months into the policy, that I realized that not only the liability limit was never raised to the promised level, but the policy itself was a regular Homeowners policy (not a Landlord policy). A Homeowners policy is useless in my case and I basically paid a full premium to get zero insurance and 100% risk. I immediately got a new policy, this time from a real and honest agent. When I told my old agent I want to cancel the useless policy, it took them another month to cancel it. But for some reason the cancellation date he set was another 10 weeks in the future. (for a useless, redundant policy!) I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND these people. If your time is valuable to you - just AVOID AVOID AVOID I wasted so much time on the phone/emails/sms with them and their underwriter, just trying to get what was promised to me!

I was at the point where I would just screenshot the information from email and circle it and send it back to him. Has anyone reading this ever had to wait weeks for an insurance quote? Shame on them for waisting our time.

You have other options." So I cancelled my policy. Now that my policy is up for renewal, his office has contacted me with a reduced quote to "earn" my business back. Seriously?
