I highly recommend Let for maternity + newborn shooting session! I had the maternity shoot at 36 weeks and the newborn shoot at baby's 1w3d. Let responds to emails fast (always within a day if not shorter), is punctual and professional in her work, and very accommodating to our quirky demands. Being a semi-hard-core circus person, I wanted a slightly different maternity shoot than the typical pretty belly shots. We were done with all my aerial ideas in an hour (yet it seemed like we had been there 3 hours!), then we moved to the streets where Let guide us through the more standard maternity shots. For the newborn shoot, Let came to our house and again was open to all my specific demands and random ideas. Newborns are hella hard to shoot and we had to do diaper changes three times! UPDATE: I love Letlove even more (as if that was even possible)!! I knew that taking my family portraits with her was going to be exciting times. We exchanged emails, she gave us tips and pointers on what to wear, what to bring.. and during the day of the shoot, she was VERY professional. She had us pose in places that I would have never imagined (i.e., in front of garages and doorways) - I obviously don't have that "creative eye." It was great because we had our dog w/ us, and the kid is NOT used to sitting still. Let was jumping up and down making funny noises to get his attention - which actually benefited us, as well, cuz our smiles and laughter were totally genuine! We were w/ her and Matt for hours, then decided to switch to more formal attire, and we followed them to a park. The park wasn't anything fancy, but the pictures were AMAZING. I couldn't believe it! And to top it all off... our family photos turned into PROPOSAL PHOTOS!
