Christina took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with every step. She wasn't pushy at all and genuinely wanted to help me find the right vehicle for my needs. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Christina to anyone looking to buy a car!

A deeply disappointing experience -- would not recommend!…read more I moved from Washington to Massachusetts in the summer of 2025, and a few months later I finally decided it was time to look for a new car -- or at least a reliable used one. After months of searching and comparing options, I turned to CarFax to find something trustworthy. That's when I came across the Hyundai Kona that I genuinely fell in love with the moment I saw it on December 31, 2025. It felt like the perfect match after a long, exhausting search. I went to the dealership, asked all the right questions, and did everything a careful buyer is supposed to do. On January 6, 2026, after putting $2,000 down, I drove the car home believing I had finally made a solid, responsible purchase. I truly thought I was starting a new chapter with a dependable vehicle. Unfortunately, what followed tells a very different story. I'm already paying about $700 out of pocket for solenoid replacements and an oil change because the shop found white sludge in the engine. This is on a car I just bought from this dealership. Their "complimentary" oil change means nothing when the vehicle clearly wasn't properly inspected in the first place. I didn't buy this car blindly. I test‑drove it, asked questions, even had my fiancé on FaceTime asking the salesperson things directly. The moment I reached out about the check‑engine codes the car developed, the communication stopped. No reply, no concern, no accountability. This experience has convinced me to avoid dealerships entirely from now on. If you're considering buying a "certified" used car from them, bring your own mechanic, because their 130‑point inspection feels like nothing more than a sales pitch. Even the manager who finalized my paperwork gave me the same scripted lines about pricing and future repairs. None of it matched the reality of what I'm dealing with now. I expected payments under $300; instead, I'm paying almost $400 for a car that needed engine work almost immediately. The warranty has been useless, and the dealership has shown no interest in making things right. If they truly cared about customers, they would stand behind what they sell and offer at least a year of coverage for issues that show up right after purchase. I do not recommend this business. This was my first dealership purchase in years, and it will absolutely be my last. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the disappointment.

Seems like a modern car wash. I did a couple cars through their Soft Touch line…read more You arrive and follow the excellent signs to whatever service you want. You use the kiosk to give it your credit card, order the wash you want. Then you move forward to the tunnel. At that point there are two workers there that will manually soap down spots of your car. When I drove my wife's Santa Fe Sport through her car wash came through awesome. A couple weeks later. I came in with my car. I ran my Rogue through. There were spots on both front windows not cleaned and corners of the tailgate that are concave in shape. I contacted the car wash through their web page and quickly got a call back that I was unable to answer. I also got an email so I responded to that. Showed them a picture of one of my car's missed spots. They seemed very interested in the feedback. They told me they made a change within tunnel and that with my feedback they adjusted some of the angles of things to provide a better wash. That was pretty much the end of the contact. I was pleased that they were willing to look into it and they really did seem genuinely concerned. Although I never asked for a re-wash I was quite surprised that they didn't offer it. Actually disappointed is the better description. The other issue I had was when I ran my wife's car through it came out with a certain pleasant odor which was just the polish product they use I think. I got the same level of wash for my car and there was no smell which makes me wonder if they even did the appropriate wash. I was wondering if the employee on duty just gave me a basic wash by accident. This really put me off. And I may be mistaken but I saw no way to verify that the wash I paid for was the wash I was getting. This was my first experience at this car wash. I'm at the point now that I'm uncertain whether I want to ever use them again. The services seem inconsistent, they miss spots, and don't stand behind their work. The picture I'm attaching to this is just one of the spots that was missed. It's the corner of the window. The horizontal clean drip marks is run off where the car was washed. I've never seen missed spots in a car wash before. ========================== EDIT:I was definitely contacted by the owner after this yelp review and invited to come back. He said he thought I was a regular customer with a subscription and figured I would just run through again. Although if that were the case I would have just gone in a circle right then and there. So regardless of the reason it is clear they do stand behind their work. I'll update the review when I manage to find time to bring the cars there again.
