The driver Gregpru drove near our house, but didn't stop. Afterwards the status of our order was deemed undeliverable. The drivers number on the app is a fictitious number. So we could not reach him. Papa Johns claims to have never received the order as returned and refuses to give us a refund. They said we have to go through doordash. After speaking to doordash, they claim it's up to Papa Johns to give us the refund. So basically I'm out $57. I will never order from Papa John's again!
