Absolutely ridiculous! Ordered pizza & breadsticks via the app for pickup .My husband when to get it At the time they said it would be ready and they told him it would be another 30 minutes.... They were short staffed. So he said ok and just went and waited in the car. Over an hour later it still wasn't ready and he was told there were still 3 more orders ahead of him and it would be another 30 minutes! So 2 hours for a large pizza and breadsticks. He lost it and said cancel my order. Now to figure out if they credited my acct for my payment. ‍ they could've cared less. Such poor customer service!! I will never order from there again. Things happen... it's how the establishment handles it... is what determines if I give them another chance. We order papa John's often.... The man who owns Englewood location (Eric)was found to not be paying his managers full pay. Manager left. They brought in a new manager (Chris) who TEXTED MY DISABLED SON THAT HE WAS LAID OFF after he brought in his buddy Gabe from the store he was transferred from. He even told my son in the text he did a good job but the "higher ups" said lay him off. Taking away someone's abiliry to pay their rent and food because you want your (very rude) friend with you is bad enough, especially in this economy. Bur you TEXTED HIM? Will (area manager) you run a horrible area, shame on you. I will continue to check to make sure Chris does not hire anyone from here on out who isnt disabled or I will have the EEOC and ADA pay a visit. I'd give zero stars if I could. Apparently Papa Johns does not have delivery drivers, so we were directed to doordash after placing our order. The driver Gregpru drove near our house, but didn't stop. Afterwards the status of our order was deemed undeliverable. The drivers number on the app is a fictitious number. So we could not reach him. Papa Johns claims to have never received the order as returned and refuses to give us a refund. They said we have to go through doordash. After speaking to doordash, they claim it's up to Papa Johns to give us the refund. So basically I'm out $57. I will never order from Papa John's again! read more

The pizza itself is fine but every single time we order something is wrong with the order. Whether they forgot something, or they got it wrong it's just expected at this point. They do send out a new pizza but it does take another 30 mins to get it my house. Just very inconvenient. read more

Order hot lemon pepper wings. Wings must have been purchased frozen( not fresh and cooked), prepackaged and had zero lemon or pepper taste. The "hot" in the description was approximately 1/2 bottle of Strachan sauce smothered on top. I a few and threw them in the trash. Not good. read more

Congratulations. You have permanently lost my business. Yes, I realize there are precautions during this time of Coronavirus, but I am a paying guest, not a diseased pariah. I arrived during business hours, opened the door to find a table blocking entry. Fine, I get it. A man working inside asked if I was picking up. "No, I want to order something for takeout." I was told I must go online to place an order, as we can have no human interaction. So, if an employee will not talk with a guest who is fifteen feet away, why even bother being open. CHECK YOUR ORDER! And not only the label on the box, check the ACTUAL food itself. Make sure to do it before you leave the store, or before the delivery person leaves where you live. I ordered 8 bbq and 8 hot wings tonight. The one box was labeled "bbq" but I come to find BOTH BOXES were hot wings. Good thing I like hot wings. On the plus side, out of the places that deliver food to my area I think Papa John's has the best wings. The delivery driver was polite but did not look in any way professional (wearing an over sized ratty looking black t-shirt, black shorts and sneakers). I had the cheese pan the other , it was terrible nothing like the old pan pizza . I read there crusts are frozen and shipped in. All I know it had a funky taste the cheese wasn't melted all the way and the grease made my husband and I sick. read more

We ordered a pizza for pickup. My mistake was not opening the box when I picked it up. The pie had very little sauce and the toppings were rather sparse, plus the sauce and toppings were an inch from the edge of the pie. Nothing like it looks on TV. The taste was just ok but didn't seem to be "the freshest ingredients ". Aren't planning on going back. Much better option near by. read more

I ordered buffalo wings and the bacon cheesy bread. When I get my order the cheesy bread is cold and it looked like the box had been dropped plus my buffalo wings were delivered as bbq wings. So I call the store about the discrepancies and the person on the other side of the line claims that they will replace my order for, well needless to say the replacement never came. The staff ingored us while talking amongst themselves about their time off. We didn't look at the pizza when we picked it up but it was a not so hot MESS. We called later and declined another pizzaa and asked for our money back, they said no. My husband brought it in uneaten and still no money back. I would give it a negative one star. I ordered a medium pizza with extra Garlic butter. The kid whom answered the phone sounded like he was trying to make his voice sound deeper because he hadn't been through puberty yet. This anorexic kid delivered a pizza with what looked like someone had bit the top off of one of the green peppers and spit it out on the pizza. The pizza was cold. They never delivered the extra Garlic sauce even tho I had payed extra for it.
