Yes, there is tons of food made in the US too but it's a good variety. You won't find everything that you find at a standard grocery store here. Off the top of my head I couldn't find Greek yogurt, cottage cheese or nut butter, but what you do find is spectacular. We got pasta and pasta sauce imported from Italy, frozen ravioli from New York, coffee beans from Italy, bread from local bakeries, and my husband loved the coke from Mexico with real sugar. We also grabbed cannolis from their deli. They have a substantial wine and butcher area. Also a a good selection of ready made foods. This place is hidden, but the parking lot is big. A fast glance may trick one into thinking that the store is part of the Circle K gas station itself - it is not, so don't worry about getting any gas station "specials." As you walk into Interbay Meat Market, you will find yourself immersed in truly a large-sized bodega with open-faced fridges, packed with drinks, lined against the outer walls. In between everything else are your groceries and other common pantry items. Almost at the center is a cantina/canteen, where you can pick out your own lunch from an assortment of available freshly cooked foods. The food you find here would be comparable to Caribbean twist or any other Latin-cafeteria style eatery. The servings are generous for a decent price.
