For those who don't want all the details, just skip to the END. ;-) I was in town with my teenage kids visiting family. We had a lot of things going on, so weren't able to eat dinner until around11 PM at night. My kids got super excited when I found out this Taco Bell nearby was open, because, yep, they like it, and we don't have one near our home. After seeing the 1-star rating and reading the reviews, I decided to find the next nearest Taco Bell. On my way to find the other one, I got a phone call that sidetracked me, so I headed back to this one, as I already knew where it was. Expecting some rude customer service based on the reviews, I was happily surprised that MY EXPERIENCE WAS TOTALLY POSITIVE from start to finish. It was very busy, and I'm sure it FELT busy/stressful to the workers, yet not only were they super polite and friendly when I placed the order, they get our orders out quickly, correctly, and were again friendly when we got to the window. Either I got lucky with the friendly shift, or the manager did some new hiring based upon the previous reviews. I'm sure fast-food restaurants have high turnover, so I approach every visit to drive-thru with the assumption that it can be a toss-up on what you get. I had a great experience here, though!

Service was quick, the food came out great, and he made sure everyone had what they needed without us even having to ask. You can tell he takes pride in his work and actually cares about the people coming through. That kind of attitude makes a big difference and honestly made the whole stop better. Upon getting back to my hotel and opening my food order I noticed a few issues. The meat, rice was very dry and tasteless. The guacamole was mediocre and for what I paid I could've bought 1 avocado and made my own guacamole. Overall, this restaurant has potential. The concept is good but the food presentation and preparation area needs to be more appealing to the customers eyes. I'm unsure if I'd recommend this place to anyone.
