I am not discrediting the experiences the other reviewers had, but thought I'd take the time to…read moreprovide my full experience. For those who don't want all the details, just skip to the END. ;-) I was in town with my teenage kids visiting family. We had a lot of things going on, so weren't able to eat dinner until around11 PM at night. My kids got super excited when I found out this Taco Bell nearby was open, because, yep, they like it, and we don't have one near our home. After seeing the 1-star rating and reading the reviews, I decided to find the next nearest Taco Bell. On my way to find the other one, I got a phone call that sidetracked me, so I headed back to this one, as I already knew where it was. Expecting some rude customer service based on the reviews, I was happily surprised that MY EXPERIENCE WAS TOTALLY POSITIVE from start to finish. It was very busy, and I'm sure it FELT busy/stressful to the workers, yet not only were they super polite and friendly when I placed the order, they get our orders out quickly, correctly, and were again friendly when we got to the window. Either I got lucky with the friendly shift, or the manager did some new hiring based upon the previous reviews. I'm sure fast-food restaurants have high turnover, so I approach every visit to drive-thru with the assumption that it can be a toss-up on what you get. I had a great experience here, though!

Oh and you have to order & pay extra for your sauces (Fire/Diablo). I had to wait for five other vehicles to place and get their orders. Took me 25 minutes to get my prepaid order. So much for fast food. This industry is a changing. Check your exact local spot using the Taco Bell Store Locator to confirm the dining room cutoff time, as lobbies sometimes close an hour or two before the drive-thru. --- this is a false statement by Taco Bell. The limited menu was on two of three screens in a hallway making it hard to read. Waited for a little while for my order to be taken. When I tried to ask a question, they referred me back to the menu which was now hidden by the next group of people in line. The proteins were the first part of the order. Even though it was only 8 PM, the uncovered meat containers were empty and what was available looked very dry and unappealing . and what was available, looked very dry and unappealing. at 8P, all the uncovered containers of meats we didn't look appealing. After the first part of my order was completed they asked if I wanted beans or rice. Looking at the selection of beans and rice. The refried beans were crusted and dried. The rice was just about gone and completely dried and the black beans appeared to have something floating on top of . I asked if they had more rice and they said yes they walked back to the beginning of the food preparation area. He stirred some rice up that was in a container and gave me about 1/4 of a cup of rice. I asked for some guacamole which is an up charge. They immediately put my food in a bag an dropped it off at the cashier station. The cashier was cleaning up, but returned to return to ring up the sale. Sadly, I wasn't done ordering my meal. The cashier was kind enough to complete my order. Upon getting back to my hotel and opening my food order I noticed a few issues. The meat, rice was very dry and tasteless. The guacamole was mediocre and for what I paid I could've bought 1 avocado and made my own guacamole. Overall, this restaurant has potential. The concept is good but the food presentation and preparation area needs to be more appealing to the customers eyes. I'm unsure if I'd recommend this place to anyone. Hopefully, I'll see a very positive review of this place in the future.

Costa Vida - They ran out of cups for my chicken tortilla soup...and this is what they sent me...instead of asking me if I still wanted it.
