Taco Bell has changed the game... while open to 3AM... things just got complicated. Ordered just before 10pm 1/2 mile away, In store pickup not available Drive thru only... Oh and you have to order & pay extra for your sauces (Fire/Diablo). I had to wait for five other vehicles to place and get their orders. Took me 25 minutes to get my prepaid order. So much for fast food. This industry is a changing. Check your exact local spot using the Taco Bell Store Locator to confirm the dining room cutoff time, as lobbies sometimes close an hour or two before the drive-thru. --- this is a false statement by Taco Bell. Wow! The other reviews speak for themselves but I need to let everyone know what they get if they go to Taco Bell- cracked tacos, stale chips, clumped up fries, diluted drinks and a dinner for 2 pushing $30! No wonder the drive thru and parking lot is empty on a Saturday night! read more

Got an Uber order, received the order, opened the bag and these guys forgot my taco (A Cheesy Gordita Crunch). And I know, everyone makes mistakes, however, this location consistently "forgets" my taco. Even when I just come through the drive-thru my taco is never in the bag. If you guys don't sell the taco anymore, take it off the menu. This location specifically also has the WORST customer service I have ever seen. Covid is not an excuse!! Firstly this TB has been overpriced since day one!! When we first went they even reduced the portions on their items. Total BS in my opinion! Now last night we went and they were "Sold-out" of Mexican pizzas. That's corporate's fault and a review for a different place. But we started ordering and the guy on the speaker kept saying "you can't add that many things"..... huh? What? No there's a limit on items!! If I want $100 in tacos then make me tacos Dude!! Wtf!! Went thru the drive thru yesterday with my 5 year old daughter after school. Ordered three tacos, and two beverages. When asked if I needed any sauce I asked for hot and drove around to pay. The young man at the window wasn't very friendly at all, and even smarted off to me when I asked for extra napkins and he gave me two, I asked for a few more, as I have a child eating tacos in the car, he baulked and begrudgingly handed me two more napkins. Also, when we pulled around into the parking lot to eat, I had no sauce, not his responsibility, I know, but it was very frustrating. I mean, has anyone else tried to eat tacos with those skimpy napkins and only use one? Especially with a child that is,by nature, already messy! read more

Went through drive thru, it was packed with all the high schoolers, it was 2 minutes after they stop breakfast and we tried to order breakfast they then proceeded to tell us we couldn't order that so we decided to leave but we're stuck in a busy drive thru, then another person started talking "are you going to order or what" I was like no we are going somewhere else and she was rude and said "oh my god" with a big sigh without muting her microphone. I am not discrediting the experiences the other reviewers had, but thought I'd take the time to provide my full experience. For those who don't want all the details, just skip to the END. ;-) I was in town with my teenage kids visiting family. We had a lot of things going on, so weren't able to eat dinner until around11 PM at night. My kids got super excited when I found out this Taco Bell nearby was open, because, yep, they like it, and we don't have one near our home. After seeing the 1-star rating and reading the reviews, I decided to find the next nearest Taco Bell. On my way to find the other one, I got a phone call that sidetracked me, so I headed back to this one, as I already knew where it was. Expecting some rude customer service based on the reviews, I was happily surprised that MY EXPERIENCE WAS TOTALLY POSITIVE from start to finish. It was very busy, and I'm sure it FELT busy/stressful to the workers, yet not only were they super polite and friendly when I placed the order, they get our orders out quickly, correctly, and were again friendly when we got to the window. Either I got lucky with the friendly shift, or the manager did some new hiring based upon the previous reviews. I'm sure fast-food restaurants have high turnover, so I approach every visit to drive-thru with the assumption that it can be a toss-up on what you get. I don't live in the area but drive through the area frequently and have been to this Taco Bell a several times. It's usually ok but when we stopped there today at 3:00 on a Sunday and tried walking in apparently they're closed in the middle of the afternoon. The lights were on but no one in sight inside and the doors locked. No sign on the doors that it is drive thru only today or anything. Not going to bother when we are on a long road trip and are hungry and have to try to figure out how I'm supposed to order my food from Taco Bell because they can't put a sign out that they're closed when Google and yelp both say they're open and no drive thru only sign. read more

My friend and I stopped by here for some food on the way home from school for break, and when we went to pay, her card was declined saying she had insufficient funds. We ran it again and were told the same thing which was weird considering she had plenty in her account to pay for an $11 order. We figured it had something to do with her bank or something, so I went to use my card (different bank) and we got the same thing. I also know that I not only had enough money, but I had just used the card to get gas not even five minutes beforehand. I had no issue paying with cash, but I politely let the woman working that there may be something wrong with the card reader if it's just declining everyone's debit cards, but instead she just rolled her eyes at me and said there was nothing wrong with their machine, took my money, and gave me my food. I usually have decent experience at the t bell but not tonight. The worker was very rude, we had two orders and she didn't ask if we wanted hot sauce so when we ordered the first order of we asked for hot sauce and she replied back with extreme sass saying how she got the hot sauce. Then we pulled up to the window and the rudeness continued and we asked again at the window if she put the hot sauce in the bag. Then i open the bag and two hot sauce packets for a while crunch wrap! I ordered a cheesy rollup, expecting a nice, thick burrito with lots of ingredients. The picture looked delicious, so it caught my attention. But, what I get instead is the thinest burrito filled with very little cheese and nothing else. It was sad to see and it was worse to eat. Don't get me started on the customer service. read more

Went there last night and was very disappointed at the customer service provided. The worker had no respect towards me and when we had finished, she rudely ordered me to move up. The order was a party pack and, we were given no hot sauce. We then turned and went back in line to order some and were still greeted with disrespect. When we got to the window, she had given us only two packets, for twelve tacos. In our dissatisfaction, she proceeded to treat us very rudely while giving us a couple more.
