The venue felt significantly oversold, to the point where it was nearly impossible to move comfortably. From where I was standing, I couldn't see the stage at all, which made it hard to enjoy the performance I came to see. Beyond just being crowded, it felt unsafe. The number of people packed into the space seemed excessive, and I genuinely question whether it exceeded fire code limits. People were standing all the way back into the bar area. Navigating through the crowd was difficult, and there didn't appear to be enough room for people to exit easily if needed. I've been to this venue since its 2017 opening and had much better experiences, but this event felt poorly managed. I hope they take crowd capacity and guest safety more seriously in the future.

This is a large venue, perfect for weddings gatherings, and large events. Will come back here again and again just now that it is outside so I can't get a little bit warm in those spring and summer months. Parking downtown is always a little bit difficult, but there were several public parking places you could pay to park at close by.

Maybe next time, more porta potties outside so 1) there are more options and less lines, and 2) the ones that are available aren't so disgusting. I've used many porta johns at many festivals, for this size venue the 3 they had outside (without leaving the show) were gross. I literally could not touch anything in there. Just hover and pee. They had 2 more when you leave but there were no ins/outs so those weren't an option. This can be done better, I know cause I've been to places where taking care of peoples basic needs are more attended to. Anyway, otherwise great time. During the event I attended, there were bars both inside the main area and out (no food though) as well as bathrooms both inside the main area and out. After buying an adult beverage, I accidentally left my credit card at the bar. When I realized it a few minutes later, the bartender was waiting for me with my card. Crisis averted!
