4 hours of literally the best time my kids have ever had in their lives (so far, they are only almost 2 & 4) The only problem is other parents breaking rules by taking drinks into the play areas and leaving unattended. It's hard to describe, there is so much to do and everything is so nice since the remodel. It's worth every penny. My kids didn't stop moving the whole time. It got a bit warm but it was a very very busy day. Dangerous heat advisory outside and the last few days before school starts. I can't wait to see what it's like once school is in session. It's a really great idea that they have slippers at the bathroom hallway so you don't get your socks wet in anything that might be in the floor of the bathroom. Very thoughtful. Snacks and drinks can be purchased there, you can go in and out as much as you need to get stuff for your kids. It's great time! Just go and do it. read more

Staff doesn't enforce the height rules. Teenager playing in the toddler/infant area. My kids always get hurt when we go there. Today, an older child was in the little kids area, and the child kicked my toddler in the chest, leaving her chest very red, I told the staff about the bigger kids, and not was done. Later on, by the ball pit, another child literally walked on my other toddler head, leaving a march on her forehead. It's a nice air conditioned place for 3-7 year olds year round. Surpassingly good Keurig coffee when you're on the struggle bus. The place is well staffed and usually pretty clean bathrooms. Def worth a visit once a month to mix it up. read more

My daughter and I came to visit family in Alabama and we decided to take her for the first time. We got there early and there was a little boy running around, and it was clear one of the employees was his mom. I have no issue with this. The issue was that ass soon as my daughter started to play he immediately got in her way, bumped her and made her uncomfortable. As more people continued to show up, he did the same thing. He'd go down a slide, and as the next kid was ready to go down, he who's climb back up. The final thing for me was when we were playing with the foam balls and he picked them up and started hitting my mom in the face. I went to speak to the lady at the front desk, but there were several people in line and I wasn't going to interrupt them. We left soon after. I don't have an issue with a rambunctious child and I understand they can be rough. But not once did his mom say anything and rarely did she look up from her phone. Review: The place was clean (as much as it could be with THAT many children running around). Had a lot of activities for them to do and lots of places to run around. Best place to go when the weather is bad. My 2 year old gets so much energy out and since it is an all day pass, we have the opportunity to come back after lunch or her nap. They even allow adults to play on the equipment which can be painfully fun. I recommend it for any toddler family :) read more

Pretty cool place. Cheap. They don't charge for adults which is nice. Not too crowded or loud. I thought it would mainly be for bigger kids but my one year old had fun. The only thing was some areas and equipment were a bit yucky and grimy. It's understandable considering there's an abundance of children running around in there all day! I just hope they do a deep clean of the place daily it definitely needs it! read more

The employees are great and we have always enjoyed coming here for walk in play. If you are coming in for a birthday party, it becomes more complicated. We hosted a party during a time that it had been raining for weeks. This location was super busy, and it took over 30 mins for our party to check in. I was pulled away for 25% of my son's party to help those working the front desk (they were doing their best). I emailed the corporate office and they basically said, "We are working to correct the issue", while I do appreciate that it doesn't really address the issue of us missing so much of our party. If I wanted to be distracted, work, and be busy I would have saved $350 and had the party at home. read more

Amazing to say the least! I was so impressed with the facility and staff. Children of all ages will definitely have a good time. I like how they cleaned what seemed like ever 30 mins. I also loved the music selection and dance floor they have. The bathrooms were fresh and they even have slides (like water shoes) for you to use since no shoes are allowed in the play area so your socks won't get wet. Only thing I wished they would maybe look at adding in the future is an area that parents in school could use. I seen a lot of parents (including myself) studying or reading and it would be nice to have a bigger table with adult sized chairs with backs to get comfy in. Now granted they do have plenty of seating, but most of the seating is for the little kiddos. They have a snack area that offers drinks, coffee, and kiddo friendly snacks for a small price. Overall I was highly satisfied with my visit and I cannot wait to take my girls back to have fun!! This place will definitely become our little hang out spot. read more

I just moved from Vegas and Wally Wombats (a similar indoor playground in Las Vegas) has music playing for kids, it was safer (Let's Play has wooden stairs that are extremely unsafe for children and aren't as adult friendly), Wally Wombats had an indoor cafe with pizza and all sorts of goodies (Let's Play doesn't have anything at all like that to offer) and Wally Wombats is $9 for the day for toddler time in the mornings for TWO accompanying adults. Let's Play was $12.99 for ONE adult and child!! My mother and I paid just under $20 for us three for an hour! It's absolutely absurd! So much potential but way overpriced!!!!! read more

Then when I asked for the restroom it is in the back corner and I was not allowed to use it unless I bought socks to walk back there. Really? So if you go bring socks or be prepared to buy some. Having two young kids, this place is amazing. You pay one price and it's for all day! Meaning you can let kids play, then come back after lunch or so. Let's them get their energy out on those rainy or cold days. I do with their prices were a little cheaper on the weekends, but during the week and an hour before they close the price is fair. Fun place for the kids!! I have an 8 year old and a 4 year old and they love it!! Downfall yet funny Part are the giant helicopter parents that try to do the obstacle course! Not only do they get in the kids way but they also get stuck. They need a sign that say to keep their bulbous bodies off! Major pro is it's very safe! Even the area with gentile shaped objects are padded. Yes, there is an area where it looks like a giant penis is going in circles. Made me laugh really hard. Luckily kids don't get it. Also pretty darn expensive. I'd come way more often if it was cheaper. Overall great place though. Lost 2 stars for the price and the giant parents getting in the kids way every time we are there. First time to let's play, probably my last. Price is good and the attractions are nice. However the staff needs a little work. Front counter helper seemed more into her slurpy then helping us. Also I had a friend come an hr late so he was not signed in with his kids, but he walked right out with no one checking for the same stamp. Came here for a birthday party as a guest, thank goodness, I would have been seriously upset if I had paid for a party here. The room wasn't ready until 45 mins after it was supposed to be. The staff sprayed it down with a chemical, so strong smelling, I wanted to vomit. The entire staff walked around like they were in the worst place imaginable, that is an accurate description of where we were. There is a ton of kid seating, but parent seating is scarce. So, there are a bunch of grumpy parents mulling around. Kids were screaming, the open space echoed like the Grand Canyon. They played Sam Smith on the loud speaker, you know six year olds love that. I will never come here again and I will discourage everyone I know from coming here. It was horrible. read more
