Be aware if you sign up for a membership that you can not cancel online. You must go into the facility to cancel and then you are charged $22 to cancel the membership. Unless you are certain you will use the membership often, you are most likely better off to pay for each visit. I've basically spent over $150 for the one time my son jumped because I had to go to the facility to cancel the membership. Buyer beware. read more

This is my last time giving this place money! I was just setting up in the jumping area to watch the 7 year old as always. I wasn't jumping too old and too many surgeries. In the words of my dear sister-in-law: "We WILL be back!" This place was great! I came with my wife, two SILs, two nieces (3 and 1.5) and one nephew (15 months). All the kids loved it! From 10-1 they have a time specifically for young kids, which was very nice! plus, the price for kids was incredibly reasonable! Kids 2 and under didn't pay and parents only had to pay $2 to jump with them. Add on the $2 fee for socks and you're still looking at a very small price! Highly suggested. This was our first time coming here and it really exceeded our expectations. We had a last minute change of Birthday plans due to the weather and, we decided we would give this place a try. Our host was Derrick and he was seriously the best! If we needed anything, he was there. He was so professional, so nice, so caring, had great customer service, and so involved with our party and, we would highly recommend him every time! Paid $318 for a 2-hr bday table. We were verbally told upon arrival that Pizza shows up an hour into party-time! (Yay!) Pizza showed up JUST before the whole thing ended. Over half my guests had to leave unfed and without cake. After explaining this in detail to multiple "managers", the staff claimed "there's nothing we can do" and refused to compensate even a single dollar back to us for this. Heart breaking. Never again. ***UPDATE*** the talk-down "manager" named Alora let me know via phone call that they can deliver your pizzas 5 minutes before the end of your paid-for 2hrs and it "wouldn't be our problem because we work for Marcos Pizza and I didn't force your guests to leave." ***UPDATE*** General Manager Tonya is as-of-yet unresponsive. I've been informed that the she is, in fact, aware of the issue. Again, unresponsive. ***UPDATE*** Altitude customer service called my phone because of this review. They told me that they ALREADY called my husbands number and he gave a better story. They also re-confirmed who "Taylor" even was at this point. My husband??? No call was made to his phone. The CSP then proceeded to question how many times I MAY HAVE sworn (cussed) at the Altitude employee, Alora and let me know he would review the phone call for THIS info and call me back. I did not disrespect the employee or call her any names whatsoever & why in the customer service would he ask me that if he could just replay the call on his own? I've asked for the recording, myself, immediately denied. Interesting process. No resolution at this point. ***FINAL UPDATE*** They let me know that they have reviewed everything and concluded that it was simply a busy Saturday and "things were tough" with no credit given back, not even a little free jump pass. Nothing. They also let me know that they won't be reprimanding Alora's behavior due to BOTH of us seeming to be upset on the phone. That is your EMPLOYEE. I'm a dissatisfied customer. MINIMUM Alora should have put me in touch with the general manager Tonya before being extremely disrespectful to her customers. All excuses. Run entirely by teenagers! This place is way understaffed and the staff that is there are so young they couldn't even manage it if they had the numbers. Kids getting trampled and fighting. Plus the lines for everything, that isn't a plain flat square trampoline, were so long my son had to wait 10 minutes of his hour just to jump in some foam pit. Don't waist your money here. Altitude is super fun and high energy! It is a clean environment. I have been here years ago and loved it, brought my little brother and his friends to join in on the fun another time. I could not believe this place started charging parents the regular jump fee even though we are not jumping! only on the platform to monitor our children. toddler children at that. you definitely can not count on the staff to do it. we regularly attend and throw bday parties here but after today we will not be back. when you add this on top of the crazy prices and staff issues it's enough to shut a business down. It's more than enough for me to take my money elsewhere. Whoever made this management decision should be fired. All you did is run off good customers. read more

Me and my family were in Huntsville visiting and decided to stop at this trampoline park. It was sooooo awesome!!! Me and the kids really had a great time. They have a lot to offer. Dodge ball, basketball, zip lining and much more. If we are ever in the area again we will most definitely stop here again. My son is still asking when are we going back again!!! read more

Very disappointed in altitude. We are in the middle of Covid and it states on the door everyone needs to be math while inside the facility weather jump in or not. Me and my guestroom mask the entire time sweating and the girl at the desk said we can't help what they do when they come in the doors and takeoff their mask they're jumping in their heart. Went there with my 6-year-old grandson during the "Toddler" time from 10am-1pm during Fall break. He was assaulted repeatedly with dodge balls to the head in the dodge ball pit by approximately 10-15 much older (twice his age actually) females from Girls, Inc. Waited 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge me, as I stood with my grandson up front. I was finally able to report the incident to management as these girls were leaving. Management gave us two one hour passes and an apology. Why are older children allowed into area when toddler time is going on? Why was there only one "monitor" on duty inside the huge area and why are they only on the zip line/trapeze? Why are adults not allowed up into the area unless they buy socks and pay a $2 fee? I could not see into the pit from down on the floor area and was not going to pay $4 just to have a better view. (Hindsight is, I probably should have.) If we return (and that is a big "if") I will be up in the area getting the best view of everything that is happening. read more
