The quality here has been amazing, and the suits all looked absolutely perfect! Although I was not directly involved, I was looped in on a few emails as they made sure each Groomsmen had an appointment when needed. They did a great job of following up with 7 different schedules, all living out of town! I only came in once to pick up our final items, and the shop was incredible! It has a very professional feel, with soft music, plenty of space, and a very aesthetic look. The customer service was also exceptional-- I did not have to wait long for our four remaining items, and the employee graciously offered to carry these to my vehicle with me. Although this shop may be pricier than alternatives, we had a great experience, and all of the suits will last longer than lower quality shops! Highly recommend this spot!

At the Loft we were referred to Lee Douglas, "if you love us, step next door to our sister company and be amazed". So we walked around the corner and into an amazingly well set up space. Usually furniture stores are wide open spaces with scads of couches, chairs etc that one has to pull their creativity together. At Lee Douglas they stage furniture that provides a homey comfort feel. The furniture is beautiful and unique. Clients do have the opportunity to customize with the wide variety of fabrics, colors and they have wallpaper. The real gem is with Brenda!! She was fabulous!! She has a warm greeting meeting us as we walked in. Asked great questions and shared some wonderful guidance. The only reason this is not a 5 star rating is that we haven't actually purchased anything yet to assess the quality after some use. However I wouldn't hesitate to buy my next piece from them! We additionally ended up selecting a wedding band for me from Michael Tish because it was the most beautiful band we'd seen and looked like it was made to compliment my engagement ring. This jewelry store is a small single room with a variety of wedding bands and other precious jewelry. The sales associates were mostly friendly on average for the times we visited. We were pleased with the sizing of my engagement ring and appreciated that they cleaned it nicely. They did mix it up with someone else's ring and when I came to get mine they handed me someone else's. It took them about 20 minutes to locate it which made me a bit nervous. We did return to check out their bands even after the mix up and found the one we liked. It was pretty pricey for a band and though they were not willing to negotiate the price, they did give us a military discount to help with tax. We like the quality of the ring and the sizing was accurate. Overall a nice selection of jewelry with reasonable prices and above average customer service.
