He explained the entire process to us (as we may have been a bit difficult still) with the patience of a saint. We ended up getting on quite well and he even took a second photo for my girlfriend who didn't like her first. Pedro then escorted us over to Christina, who checked us out with courtesy and a smile. The benefits of a AAA membership stand on their own merit, but with service like we got, it's worth every penny. They are running a great organization there.

Overall, the staff was efficient, helpful, and understanding--especially considering how stressful passport issues can be. If you're in a time crunch, this is absolutely the place to go.
