I'm not sure if they have a physical location or if there's a spot they're always located, but they were the main food event for the night. I had been at the shop all day making repairs cleaning you know doing all the stuff you can't do during the hours you're open. I had my son with me, he's 16 and a bottomless pit when it comes to food! He's taller than me larger than me Definitely better looking than me, and he has the same hard work ethic as his dad! So after a long day over, knocking off items on the good old to do list, my son and I were starving. I did not have the patience, nor the desire to sit down and deal with any type of server wait long wait, you know how this goes. After browsing yelp for any type of food truck, I saw the pictures for Letty's tacos. It was on my way home and best of all they were open. I ordered a bunch of Carne Asada tacos, but I noticed that they also had Langue tacos(tongue). I do not know what they did to that meat, I know that the tongue is tender, but I did not know that it could taste that damn good. It made me regret the decision in amounts of each tacos. I should've ordered a bunch of lengue tacos and just a few Carne Asada tacos, which were really good too by the way. The green salsa provided with the tacos. What an amazing flavor a little too much heat for my taste but that did not stop me from eating it. Now I must see is the queso birra is good as I think it will be? We were enjoying an afternoon with coworkers at 10 torr and alert's Taco truck was parked for the evening there. My wife and I shared the birria nachos (you pick the meat) and boy were they delicious! Worth the $11 no doubt! The meat was juicy, it came with slices of avocado, nice melted cheese, fresh salsas and more. The little guy who was taking orders was a cutie, I'm thinking he was mom and dads helper and he just made the experience that much sweeter. So today was the first day trying this and they brought their little taco truck to work at Hyundai and had my friend, family meet me for lunch at my work and we ordered 2-Al Pastor burritos , a Carne Asada Torta , and they gave us a free order of fries . Little bit of a wait with the amount of people that were ordering but highly worth it because everything was very very fresh and very tasty. Make sure you get the salsa it's A orange/red salsa it is soooooo good. We will definitely be getting some more from them .
