The man paused for a few seconds then said rudely, "what can I do for you?" I again said, "hi, how are you?" The man paused again for a few seconds and said, who do you want to speak to?" I said, "I don't want to speak to anyone" and before I could finish my sentence with the words, ("that can't be pleasant enough to greet customers with kindness, therefore, may I speak to another representative,") the man hung up in my face. I phoned back several times and the phone continuously rang. I waited approximately seven minutes and phoned back. The same man answered and I asked, "may I speak to someone about floral arrangements please?" The man hung up in my face again without saying anything. That was extremely rude of him. I have purchased online arrangements regularly, at least six to seven times a year at times. I had no idea the customer service was so poor when speaking to a person on the phone. Moving forward I will no longer patronize this company due to such rude, unprofessional customer service I experienced. If a person cannot greet a customer with respect and a polite greeting - no matter how nice your flower arrangements are, you don't deserve my patronage. I went from a very satisfied online customer for over 20 years, to a very dissatisfied customer due to receiving rude and disrespectful phone service today. Phone courtesy is of the utmost importance if you want customers to continue patronizing your business. It saddens me to give a one star based on the very poor experience I had today.

My second sign should have been when I saw her asking for the black spray paint as she grabbed sunflowers. 10 mins later I finally had my arrangement &!85 was not what I wanted at all. I am not the best at speaking up when I am unsatisfied so I just paid & left but I will not be returning. I wish she would have asked questions if my directions were not clear. But instead I was left with a half-assed weird bouquet that neither me nor the person I gave them to liked. To be honest I was a bit embarrassed to even give them to her. But I was already $55 down. So here we are.

Both were beautiful, but I especially loved the Flores de Campo arrangement with the olla de barro--it was stunning and unique. When I arrived at my scheduled pickup time, the order wasn't quite ready because they had just received a shipment of fresh flowers. I understand how busy holidays can be, especially for flower shops, but the delay did affect our Mother's Day plans, so improved timeliness at pickup would be appreciated. That said, the quality of the flowers made the wait worthwhile. The second bouquet was an arrangement with lavender roses and pink lilies--also gorgeous, with very fresh flowers. The second time I visited was the day before Valentine's Day. I stopped by on a Friday evening to pick up flowers for my cousin's birthday without placing an order in advance. Luckily, they had several beautiful arrangements available to choose from. I selected one with blush and purple flowers wrapped in paper, and it was perfect. I'm happy to have a local flower shop in Inglewood that offers high-quality flowers and beautiful, modern bouquets. Highly recommend.
