I went to Holiday Fantasies Come To Life house this week to check out their Halloween magic. It was so awesome and perfect for Disney fans. This house was absolutely Disney-fied from head to toe, with ghouls and ghosts galore. I was in love with all of the lights. Not only was the entire house decorated BOOtifully for Halloween, but they had character actors there. They even had a hot dog vendor on site! So LA and I love it. Important to note though, this is someone's house. It's not a business or a shop, but they do accept donations to keep their fun going! This house's decorations are awe inspiring and I loved it! Their lights double for the Christmas Holiday season so make your way over there for some cheer.

I've seen life sized characters in costumes which includes Mickey Mouse, Captain Hook, Cruella Deville, Maleficent, and the witch in Snow White. I do understand that different characters perform routinely. I saw Captain Hook perform a fire dance in amazement of the crowd. Just like any other houses in Burbank, it's free to visit but they do ask people to donate voluntarily. There's also a photo opportunity to get a photo with the characters also free of charge.

But they also have decorations for mantels and things that go under the tree. Everywhere you look, your eyes are filled with Christmas joy. The prices are a little steep. But you get what you pay for because the decorations are exquisite. You're gonna find things there that you won't find anywhere else. And if you're like me, you wait until after Christmas to get some of the most beautiful decorations on sale. If you'd like they can do custom designs for you. And they will decorate your home upon request. Apparently they have clients that they've been decorating for years. And I can see why. There's plenty of staff to help you if you need it and they are all pleasant and happy. There is photo ops if you want to take pictures on Santa sleigh. And they encourage kids to come see all the beautiful displays.

As prices are high here, I would wait until the after Christmas sales to pick up something (unless you have a big Christmas bonus). Parking can be tricky as the lot is kind of tight.

When you walk inside you are surrounded by all things Christmas decor. Even though it is a sensory overload, they do divide each room by color themes. You can find all the pink/candy decor in one area, frosty white decor in another, red candy cane, forest green, black and white checkered and more. The details on these items are beautiful, especially the glittery flower stems. Some are even just made of jewels. You could spend a lot of time just taking it all in, just be careful not to get glitter in your eyes as there is a ton of glittery merchandise. I ended up getting enough stems to fill two vases and I would highly recommend anyone who loves Christmas decor to come and enjoy this great store.

They did not work for even a week properly. He never repaired anything and he did not attempt to rectify the situation. We were very unhappy with the work, the fact that he was reckless and unprofessional and then argumentative was too much and we PAID to have everything removed within 2 weeks of the set up! This man was paid and we NEVER EVEN ENJOYED THE LIGHTS!! Now he's rebutting my review attempting to make it about money... he kept doing this the while time and making reference to money like we're poor or something... I think because we are black people. But we're obviously not poor and money was not the issue... His rant proves what I initially thought, he's racist and thought he would make us accept something that was definitely sub par... no thank YOU!! I stand by my review. However, there's a ton of food places by here so it's still worth a spot either first or last on your route to pair with some eats. If you're a fan of this creepy Tim Burton movie, you'll be a fan of this house. They go all out with tons of moving parts, a few interaction type elements, SANDWORMS!, and all of your favorite fun scenes from the movie. Legit it's so good. It was even complete with Harry Belafonte playing through the speakers and a ghoulish Dalia dancing and then raising to the sky while dancing - just like the movie. Brilliant idea! Loved it and would definitely come by again next year!

The Beetlejuice House is about a 5 minute drive from Halloween on Clark with many themed houses & on Ontario ( Home of the Burbank Clown House). Read my reviews of each. If you love the movie Beetlejuice, then you will be in Heaven here. All of your favorite scenes & characters from the film come to life in this larger than life visual & musical display. You have to see the gravestones, Beetlejuice, some interactive displays, music & a GINORMOUS Black & White Sandworm & other Cool Stuff. The porch even has a few characters from Nightmare before Christmas. This is GREAT!
