Levant Shawarma is a newer Mediterranean restaurant that offers halal chicken and beef items including shawarma, kefta kabobs and burgers. We ordered the shawarma chicken and also mixed chicken/beef plates with 2 sides. We tried the baba ghanoush, Fatoush salad and vegetable rice. Everything we had was very nicely flavored and generously portioned. They make the shawarma in house and all the ingredients are made fresh daily. We loved the toum/garlic sauce. The baba ghanoush was one of the best I've had in a long time; smoky flavor, a nice drizzle of good olive oil served with warm pitas! YUM! We then tried the Dubai cheesecake which was very nice with chocolate drizzle and a crunchy top. They make delicious mohalbea which is a Syrian desert pudding. It was very good too. Adib the owner nicely greeted us and also served us all our food. His shop and seating area was very clean, neat and tidy. We really enjoyed dining there and would definitely go back again. read more

I popped in to Levant Shawarma tonight and ordered (2) Build Your Own Bowls - one beef shawarma and one chicken shawarma. The rice pilaf is fantastic, the veggies are all crisp and flavorful, the sauces are all delicious, and the meat was really tasty. The portion was very generous - especially for the price point. I live down the street from Ferris Shawarma and walk down the street to get it often. I saw Levant opened up recently and have an option to build a bowl. It was fantastic! Truly authentic and tasty! Why would anyone go to Aladdin's with real places like this around? Yes it's takeout but so good!

I tried a bowl the other day for the 1st time. It was great. Chix, with added hummus, garlic sauce, hot sauce, rice vermicelli & veggies. I was filling. It was worth the $12.99 price. FYI - I usually go late - after 8pm- the beef shawarma spit is bare when I'm there. I never asked so they could have beef in a pan from the spit. Chix has always been cooking on a spit. So I went today and I got myself a falafel sandwich with a french fries, and some of their cheese sweet it was so wonderful. The place is so clean. The food is so delicious and the people are so friendly even though they were very busy because of Ramadan, I still got my food in a decent time. I definitely recommend this place. read more

Nice people , great food, even the spinach pies were amazing. Casual place if you want to dine in but I take to go and it doesn't change a thing. Clean place. Clean food. Today was my first trip to Levant Shawarma. This is a small cozy spot, nothing too fancy but the owners and people who work there are super hospitable. My friend and I had a shawarma platter and a kafta sandwich. The fries were yummy, the kafta was great (although a bit light on the sauce). Now onto the shawarma. The highlight of the shawarma sandwich was the toum (aka heavenly whipped garlic dip). Toum is what dreams are made of. Be sure to ask for extra toum. Next time I would try the chicken (taouk) sandwich, I hope they add fries and coleslaw to it, and of course: toum. read more

I had a falafel sandwich and added babaganoush. My partner got the chicken shawarma sandwich and we split some fries with a side of garlic sauce. The garlic sauce is a MUST.
