The cheese tortellini at the feast.... I probably got like 6 orders of it.

The food and service are always great. The restaurant is always busy, it's that good. Parking can be a headache in that area but they do offer valet. If I had to choose a last meal, it would probably be their cheese tortellini (iykyk). Love it.

Definitely on pricier side, but if you have the funds for this place, it does not miss. Had the calamari, pasta of the day, special salad. Our waitress Candace was really kind and answered all of our questions. Interior of the place is super nice and lots of heritage. Had the calamari and a few other special dishes of the day. Definitely worth to get the italian bread if you get a "saucey" appetizer, you don't want to let any of it go to waste. Would come back again for special occasions.

Our first time here was less than impressive. But this time was awesome. It all started with our server, Gino, who was amazing. Informative, welcoming and friendly. Drinks were great (Old Fashioned, Amaretto Sours) but the best was the main course. The filet was delicious, well prepared and on a serving of risotto, which was flavorful and zesty. The wife had the pesto and burrata and loved it. Daughter had the shrimp scampi special and wow! Giant shrimp accompanying homemade pasta and a delicious sauce. My first experience wasn't the best but Mia Bella redeemed themselves in spades. Delicious, fun and a wonderful atmosphere.

Good flavor. Little too chewy than usual.

Stopped here on a whim while traveling through. Surprised it was very nice inside and the staff was top-notch. I ordered the razor clams special appetizer. They were very well seasoned and flavorful however, a little too chewy for my liking compared to times I've had razor clams previously. I also had the shrimp scampi special with a Chardonnay and it was perfection. My husband had the chicken Parmesan and the pasta and sauce was delicious. The chicken could've used a little bit of salt but other than that it was a pleasant dining experience and I would go back.

We went to Mia Bella to commemorate my mom's birthday. Our server (Brittany) was fantastic. The food was delicious. I especially enjoyed my dish which was the Ragú. It had sun-dried tomatoes, fresh tomatoes, pork, beef and veal with a generous dollop of stracciatella cheese. It was so flavorful. After dinner my mom & I toasted my grandfather with a sambuca. It wasn't too crowded because we went early on a Saturday afternoon. It's nice they offer valet because even though it wasn't crazy at the restaurant yet, Little Italy always seems to be busy.

    Ricotta and Honey bread course

The BEST meal I've had in Cleveland! Moved here a couple of months ago and am still new to the food scene. Heard about this place through a coworker (who said it was the best spot in Little Italy). We ordered the honey and ricotta bread course...still thinking about that dish...the bread was buttery, garlicky, SOFT yet crispy. The whipped ricotta was insanely delicious. We split the ragu, frutti di mare, and scallops. The scallops were 10/10 best bite of the night. Ragu was fantastic. That sauce tasted like it had been simmering for hours. The frutti di mare was OK (not sure if squid ink pasta is my thing yet), but the sauce had a nice spice and a bold, seafood-forward flavor. Portions were so generous and pricing was honestly fair for this 2025 economy. The ambience was classic, no-fuss Italian fare: white tablecloths, Frank Sinatra , humble staff. And best part is it felt fancy and yet no one would judge you for wearing whatever you wanted. Mia Bella is no-frills, fantastic Italian cooking. We will be back...and back...many times.

I got the cheese tortellini because it was highly recommended on yelp and beli. I went on a Tuesday evening and there were still a good amount of customers, so l can see why a reservation may be needed for a Friday or weekend. The spicy sauce was just the right about of spice, and the pasta was cooked to perfection. The only critique I have is that some of the peas that were served with the dish was quite undercooked and starchy/hard so it slightly ruined the texture of the dish for me which is why I had to knock it down 1 star:/ my server was very nice and my food came out quickly.

We had the best experience here! Our server Vese was amazing!! Any questions we had she answered and she knew the menu and more! She is very kind and professional. I highly recommend this place if you want delicious Italian food and amazing service. If you can, ask for Vese as your server. She deserves a raise!!

Excellent food yet again this evening. The crispy Brussels sprouts weren't crispy but they were still unbelievably great! Super duper flavorful- grilled flavor, salt, some balsamic and sun dried tomatoes. Just great. The shrimp saganaki was beautiful and flavorful. Super rich tomato cream sauce drowning large shrimp over several slices of robust halloumi cheese. The chef's favorite pizza was unremarkable. It had a rather dry overly chewy crust and was lacking in cheese but did have enough spicy sausage and onion topping.

We made reservations for 7:30 and arrived right on time. We were seated and ordered cocktails which arrived in a timely fashion. At 7:45 the waiter asked us if we were ready to order. We had just gotten our drinks so we replied that we'd like to have a drink first. He replied with "well the kitchen will be closing soon." This was surprising to us since the hours posted had closing time at 9:30. We asked for more time and felt exceedingly rushed. We ended up ordering way sooner than we wanted and felt like we were being thrown out. If you want to close up early, don't allow reservations past a certain time.

I'm not truffle connoisseur, but decided to try something new. Based on our conversation with the chef who approached our table after dinner, he was dreaming of hosting this dinner forever. There was always something that came in the way until this decadent evening. I'll share my experience from the special dinner. AMBIENCE: Palazzo is like a gallery meets fine Italian restaurant. There are plenty sculptures including Michelangelo's David replica. Paintings of ballerinas reminding me of Degas. Walls of wine bottles, predominance of stone accents, and a small vase fountain transport you to Italy. Touches like backlights and wine bottle walls make the atmosphere romantic. The restaurant has multiple dining room spaces. There is also a wooden bar. There is also a covered patio. During our visit the restaurant was extremely crammed. The dinner was sold out. Tables were so close together that it was challenging to navigate between them. Guests had to move their tables to let someone pass through - other patrons or staff. I did not feel comfortable with these seating arrangements. The restaurant was very extremely loud. I couldn't sit comfortably without bumping my chair into other guests. I'm not sure how the dining layout looks like during regular days. Hopefully there is more room at the restaurant. The bathroom is in the basement, so not ADA accessible. The ceiling in the bathroom was awkwardly low. FOOD: Our dinner was 6 course experience for $125 (no tax, no gratuity, and no drinks included). First course (Antipasto) was Pera Sacchetti - Pasta Pillows, Pear, Formaggio,Truffle Cream Sauce, Fig Balsamic. Second course (Insalata) was Arugula - Black Truffle Oil & Shaved Parmesan. Third course (La Pasta) was Cheese Tortelloni & Sea Scallops - Shaved Fresh Truffle, Butter, Garlic. Fourth course was (Pesce Pan Seared Halibut) Black Truffle Cream Sauce & Roasted Rainbow Carrots. Fifth course (Mare e Monti) was Grilled Filet Mignon Medallion & Petite Butter Poached Lobster Tail Truffle Butter & Cauliflower Purée. Sixth course (Dolce) was Truffle Cream Filled Cannoli. Every course featured generous amount truffles and was very well crafted. I loved Mare e Monti, filet mignon and lobster were well prepared. While the courses were pretty petite, the dinner was filling. Considering the dinner menu, it was good value. Beyond the dinner, my friends really enjoyed wines. I ordered Prickly Pear mocktail ($10). It was okay, but not really flavorful. It was too ginger beer forward. It was pleasant to seem multiple mocktail options. SERVICE: It was wonderful that the chef personally greeted every table. I enjoyed learning about his story. It was a nice touch for him to speak with the guests. The rest of the service was average. The hostess was not very pleasant which set a bad first impression. Our waiter was fantastic but awkward. He kept taking away wine glasses and bringing back the same glasses. There was a lot of confusion with drink orders, and the wrong bill included the wine. Perhaps this was due to handling a large crowd. EVENTS: The restaurant is planning other upcoming events. For instance, Lenten dinner ($55) on Wednesday and Friday (February 18-April 2). PARKING: The restaurant has a very small parking lot with an incline. Arrive very early if you want to secure a spot. There is really no street parking nearby. You can park at the RTA bus station across the street. Parking experience is inconvenient. I'm conflicted on how to rate this restaurant. I enjoyed dinner, presentation, mood, and personal chef approach. I didn't like the table arrangements, service, and parking. If the service was warmer and less rushed, I would be all about this restaurant.
