While traveling along I-90, we stopped for the night in Avon and visited Ibiza for the first time. We were greeted at the door and given excellent service. Atmosphere was for a very nice dinner, with many bottles of red wine in display. After being seated they shared the dinner specials - which we ordered. Swordfish with a mildly spicy sauce, and Chilean sea bass in lemon and capers. Both were cooked to perfection! Hope you enjoy a meal there as much as we did.

Amazing! Be sure to get the seafood soup! Hot and full of seafood, with a creamy, tomato sauce. It came out piping hot which I appreciated. I had the beet and blue cheese salad. It was just ok. Then creme brûlée for dessert. I want to come back and try the other seafood. Exceptional service too!

Tucked away in a cozy corner of a set of bars and other stores in Avon Lake, Ibiza serves Spanish and Portuguese cuisine. Cocktails are strong and each dish bursts with regional taste served with an upscale flair by waiters staff who dress to impress. I went on what seemed to be a slow night. The wait staff were quick to rend to my questions of their menu and taking my drink, appetizer, and main course order. My wait time wasn't too long. I had the white sangria based on recommendation from the wait staff. I was very happy it wasn't too sweet and well balanced with citrus flavors in the white wine. The fried calamari wasn't too greasy and was served crisp and warm. My short rib was bursting with flavor and tasty ever bite, unfortunately the Spanish rice it was served on a bit cold. The stuffed salmon with crabmeat blended the salmon and crab meat taste well along with the hunt of aromatic spices. Very well done. The flan tasted nice. The Flaming Spanish Boozy Coffee was a show stealer. This boozy drink is made table side that is almost a performance worthy sow with fire and flaming sparks. It's a strong boozy coffee that big enough to share between two. Not to be missed for first time patrons. The price point, IMHO, is little high when compared to portion size and the overall experience. However not so high to deter patrons. Ibiza is well suited for date night to impress or family celebrating special occasion.

Went to Ibiza with a group of 23 ladies. The service was awesome and the food even better. The peach sangria was refreshing.

Had dinner last night with a large group, Service was quick and friendly! Served a large group without issues. The Food and cocktails were delicious! Had Mariscada Ibuza seafood pot in light red sauce. Dessert was a light Pistahio and Ricotta cake. Peach Sangria was just right! Had a large menu selection and bar. I Recommend.

The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. The wine list is excellent. I can't recommend this place enough! 8 stars if I could give it. Come and experience this place for yourself! I promise that you won't be disappointed! Lunch and dinner! The dessert of the pistachio cake was amazing! This place is Amazing!

Wonderful and plentiful dishes. Worth the drive from Westlake or Bay Village. And also a large, pleasant patio. Highly recommended.

If you're going for a lake view restaurant, this wasn't it. Upon entering, we were greeted by a very pleasant young lady. Seated by the window, we were pleased by the menu and the daily specials. Our server was very prompt and courteous. We ordered the walleye sandwich and the perch sandwich. Both sandwiches came with hand cut french fries and coleslaw. Our son ordered the grilled cheese sandwich and tomato basil soup. Our food arrived very promptly. My wife and I both loved the fish and felt that it was one of the best fish sandwiches we've had in a long time. The fries were rather limp and could use some more attention by the kitchen to make them stand out more. I like a mayo based coleslaw, so I didn't really love the slaw, although it was fresh and tart. The soup was very tasty and the grilled cheese was done just right! Overall, we would recommend this restaurant and we can tell that the local crowd likes this place and has kept it in business for a long time. Now if they only had that lake view restaurant!

We passed it up once and nearly missed it a second time. It's a big renovated barn, and the first floor is not very special, with a few tables and a small bar. Thankfully we ate on the second floor which was gracious and spacious. The prices are white cloth but weirdly the tables are clothless. Almost like a white/cream butcher block surface. And the barn atmosphere apparently lulls some guests into thinking jeans and T's are appropriate. I didn't care for that and wish the restaurant had a nicer dress code. Anyway, the star here is steak, and it didn't disappoint. As the specials were being rattled off (expertly by Shane who was terrific for us) it became clear that I wasn't gonna get the cut I wanted, as they hovered between 90-120 bucks. I can't believe where beef is in America right now...shameful. We settled for "Jake's Steaks" which were economical 10 oz sirloins perfectly prepared and very satisfying. Sides were big enough to share. A lobster pasta had al dente penne but the crustacean was fishier than I had hoped. Zero complaint about the luscious, rich, cheesy scalloped potatoes. A complimentary birthday cake was a classy touch for us. With a credit card dent of nearly 200 bucks, I wanted it to be 5 stars, but it came up just a sliver short. Still an enjoyable special occasion night out.

The…read morerestaurant itself is beautiful, it's a restored old barn, which gives it such a warm and unique atmosphere. We were seated on the second floor at a more intimate table, which made the evening feel even more special. We were celebrating two birthdays, mine and my son's and it ended up being such a great night. This was our son's first time at this restaurant. To start, we ordered the Girl Power appetizer, which was a half pound of breaded scallops served with dipping sauces. It ended up being about five large scallops and they were excellent, crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked. The pretzel bread brought to the table was also fantastic, served with regular butter and a whipped peanut butter butter that was surprisingly delicious. For drinks, I ordered the seasonal mule, a blood orange mule that was refreshing and perfectly balanced. My younger son was excited to see mocktails on the menu and ordered the Berry Mint Refresher, which he loved. For our entrées, my husband ordered one of the steak specials, the Beverly, cooked rate with mushrooms and garlic butter. Myself and two sons all ordered the Stripper, their New York strip steak. My younger son had his cooked rare with garlic butter, while my older son and I ordered ours medium rare with garlic butter. The steaks were cooked perfectly and incredibly flavorful. For sides, we shared the garlic mashed potatoes and the Gruyère mac & cheese, both of which were fantastic and complemented the steaks perfectly. Our server, Walter, was amazing from start to finish. He walked us through the menu, checked in with us several times, and made sure everything was perfect. His service really elevated the experience. Since we were celebrating two birthdays, we were surprised with a lovely small cake brought to the table so we could celebrate both occasions. It was such a thoughtful touch. Strip Steakhouse is truly top-notch and, in my opinion, one of the best steakhouses in the Cleveland area. It never disappoints, and we're already looking forward to our next special event to celebrate and visit.

We're a family of four and ordered totally different things -- and every single dish was exceptional. Our 6-year-old got a simple cheese quesadilla with rice. The quesadilla was perfectly fine... but the rice? She was in an actual trance. We've never seen her so focused and actually eating the food we ordered her. Parents of young grazers know that's basically a five-star review on its own. Our son ordered the ribeye and devoured it. He wasn't crazy about the rice and refried beans (he's picky about sides in general -- that says nothing about their flavor), but the steak itself was incredibly flavorful and gone in minutes. The grilled veggies on top weren't his thing either, so we brought them home and I'll be turning them into a stir fry later My husband ordered the enchiladas rancheros -- three enchiladas with three different sauces, served with rice and beans. Each sauce had its own distinct flavor profile, and all three were equally incredible. That's rare. I ordered the ahi tuna ceviche and I would drive the 2.5 hours from home just for that dish. Bright, fresh, perfectly balanced -- absolutely outstanding. Honestly not sure the leftovers are going to make it back to NY. On top of the food, the service was next level. Attentive, warm, efficient, and genuinely kind. You can tell when a place is well-managed, and this is one of them. Ambiance-wise, it was modern, clean, and comfortable. It wasn't overly busy when we were there, which made it even more enjoyable. TVs throughout, a really cool-looking bar area, and a booth that comfortably fit our family of four without feeling cramped. This is officially on our family's "must stop" list whenever we're anywhere near the area.

When we first got there they seemed confused about our reservations. Once seated they didn't have enough menus for 6 of us (they only had 3), most Mexican restaurants you are in and out, super fast. We were there for three hours. We didn't get our food until an hour and half in there, it was so slow with asking for the receipt, drinks etc. We had to ask for chips and salsa which we didn't get until after they brought the drinks (waited like 40 mins for that), once the food was brought out, my moms chicken fajitas were overcooked, my dads steak fajitas were burnt. We showed the waitress and she said "sorry" but that was it. Two of us got the spicy burrito and there was barely any topping to it. If you are going for a drink that is fine but I would not go for their food as there are better Mexican restaurants in the area.

Quintaesencia was great to work with in June 2026 at accommodating our large group of 21 women, providing is with ample space, a dedicated server, and even making separate checks for all of us. To the surprise of no one, I love South American food. Okay, I like most ethnic cuisines, if not all, but I really love foods like arepas, chimmichuri steak, asado, empanadas, etc! I looked at the menu ahead of time and settled on some faves of mine, arepas and yucca fries, but others in the group ordered a variety of dishes amd drinks, all of which were delicious! I stuck with water as my beverage because the cocktails/mocktails were a bit too pricey for me. I ordered the trio arepas ($18) and a side order of yucca fries ($5), which were very filling and sprinkled with cheese. I liked my meal a lot although I would like to see a few more types of arepas offered on the menu. Our server, Valeria, was absolutely amazing and served our party of 21 women quickly and efficiently. There was a 3% card usage fee as well as an automatic 20% gratiuiy for parties of 6 or more, so after paying with card, my total bill was $30.54. I left full and happy and hope to come back again to try their other dishes, particularly their pizzas and a creative cocktail or two.
