They have a HUGE scrub selection! This location is way larger than the grapevine one. Their staff is overly helpful and very friendly! Right now they are offering 20% off on scrubs, when you bring in your old/gently used scrubs (piece for piece). My only problem with this place is that their prices are higher than other scrub stores (and I go to a lot of them!). The prices are higher for the SAME brand!! For example the exact same Vera Bradley top was at Uniform Destination was $24 and Scrubs Etc. was $30! Another brand (I forget the name) I have seen sold for $15 and here it was doubled in price. I noticed this with many other brands as well. I guess when you bring in your old scrubs for 20% off a new pair, it evens out to be about the same thing (on some brands). If you don't mind paying a little extra, this is the best and largest Scrubs Etc. store around! They have all the colors and styles you could ever want or need! If they don't have it they will gladly order it! I don't come often, but the 20% old scrub donation was incentive to come and buy something! read more

Went here for some work scrubs and came out smiling ear to ear because of the amazing service and selection. You do not realize how large their store is until you step inside. I was taken aback by their selection of scrubs and shoes. I heard a woman with a tiny voice say "hello" from afar and at first I could not find her, but finally I did towards the back of the store. I told her why I was there and that I've always had trouble with scrubs as they never seem to be flattering. Debbie, the amazing woman who helped me and showed me that, yes scrubs can be flattering. She took tons of time to grab me multiple options and try on all of them until I was happy. I left the store with two sets of scrubs and yes a little less money in my bank account, but I got what I needed and I was very very satisfied! I love also that this spot is local. Unfortunately, my visit here was very poor. I am very big on customer service. This store is lacking just that. None of the 3 people working in this store on the day I visited greeted me when walking into the store. I was the only customer at the time, so I felt a bit awkward shopping in complete silence with no one acknowledging my presence. Oh well. I kept looking around. I needed help, so I walked over to one of the young girls who looked to be hanging up scrubs. I approach her and say, "Hi, can you help me?". She looks at me, then turns her head and keeps working. I could feel my face turning red. This is the only place in my area that sells scrubs. Knowing that, I walked off and picked up a set of scrubs that looked to be my size and headed straight over to the cash register. An older gentlemen checks me out, and says "Have a nice day". I wish him a nice day as well, and leave. I have honestly never experienced such poor customer service before. If you know exactly what you're looking for, and need no help at all, this place may not be so bad. They have tons of scrubs. *UPDATE: checked the phone number and it IS this EXACT store* Called to see if they had a specific scrub in stock and the customer service was absolutely terrible. The man that answered the phone was extremely rude and giving me attitude because I didn't know purple label was apart of the "hidden label" brand, and instead of letting me know he kept asking what brand purple label was apart of.. instead of LETTING ME KNOW that it was apart of that brand. And calling me "sweetheart" didn't help either. I'd MUCH rather pay 20$ more for scrubs somewhere else than to be treated so disrespectfully. I called this store today and Jan answered the phone. I asked if they had basic white lab coats and if she knew the price, she replied they had many. I let her know I only needed it for a Microbiology class and looking for the most inexpensive. She replied, sounding annoyed "I don't know we have so many in so many different sizes, you're just going to need to come in and look around" and hung up the phone. No, I will not drive 10 miles out of my way to come look around at your store and be subjected to your awful customer service. I was asking for a general idea for price before I made the drive. Poor customer service. This place is so packed with scrubs .........that you need a little bit of service to navigate this maze. The first time I visited, I made an excuse for the poor customer service. This time, I will just spend my money else where! Maybe they need to learn a thing or two from Landau in Memphis, TN. I've come to this location multiple times for my scrub needs. Each and every time they are polite and courteous. Their customer service is excellent and, in my opinion, exceeds that of the Grapevine location. I am always greeted promptly upon entering, and the staff is great at directing you towards a certain brand, if you are searching for one. That always takes the hassle out of walking around browsing the racks looking for a particular brand. Yes, it is a bit crowded inside, but take into consideration all the brand varieties are available! Print and solid. If they don't have it in stock they are more than happy to look up the SKU and if in fact there are none in the back, they will order it for you. Embroidering is also available but I have never invested in it personally. I did however work for an office that choic embroidering through them and it was absolutely beautiful. Tons of fonts to choose from as well, which are on display. read more

I happen to stumble across Scrubs Etc. In Hurst. I didn't like the fact their prices were not marked on the clothing but posted somewhere around the racks. With that being said one of their employees by the name of Jessenia was incredible help. Another employee had started to help me but seemed to disappear every time I turned around never coming to check and see if there was anything I needed. After I found what I thought were the scrubs that I wanted I headed to the cash register. That's when I explained to Jessenia that these were OK but described exactly what I was looking for. She took me straight to a rack of scrubs I had not yet tried on. She found the size that I needed I tried it on and ended up buying three times the amount of what I had set out to get. she found the perfect fit for me. I live 20 miles from this location but wouldn't Hesitate to return back to that specific location to have her help me again when I need more scrub stuff. Nikki was very kind and helpful to me over the phone when I was looking for a specific size and brand of scrubs. She was able to locate the Helping Hands Purple Label brand in a petite medium pant size and also offered to order more colors if I wanted them. They have a huge selection to choose from and most of the staff was friendly. I was asked several times if I needed help and received it when I asked. Tamara was very nice and helpful throughout my entire purchase. However, my two stars is because during my shopping a lady with blonde hair (who seemed as if she might be a manager) asked me if I was finding everything. I replied telling her yes, but then asked a question regarding the pant lengths (which are labeled with colored stickers evidently). She pointed it out to me and followed with, "do you want a job?". I was confused and caught off guard so I responded with "I'm sorry?". She again asked me "do you want a job?". I did the awkward/polite laugh and said no. She then stated "I was asking because my own staff don't know how to read the sticker labels either." I crunched my face at this because I don't find that comment to be funny nor helpful. I actually felt mildly insulted just because I didn't immediately catch the sign that showed the colored sticker system. My experience was great up until this woman spoke to me. I would say to visit the store and do your shopping, but, if that lady is management she should probably let her sales team do the talking for her. read more

While the selection is the best in the area, I always leave this store with a headache. It's stuffy and crowded. The well-intentioned staff is hit or miss, maybe due to turnover. And the music! Are you trying to drive people away? It's difficult to shop and make choices with metal music blasting. There's a lot of room for improvement. I had a very good experience at Scrubs, Etc. in Hurst, TX. I did have to find someone to help me. Tiffany and Maria were very helpful and assisted me in finding my size in the scrub pants, and the features I wanted. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about the brands. They also helped me to order a second pair in a different color of the same scrub pants. Yes, the store is packed with scrubs - but that is what it is all about. The prices are very reasonable. I would suggest that the temperature be lowered by one or two degrees to make shopping more comfortable. read more

I was hesitant to visit at first, after all the my coworkers from the medical field told me what terrible service they provide. If you are looking for an overpriced product and terrible customer service, look no further my friend, you have found them. I don't mind paying the for the overpriced products, due to the fact that there location was much closer than LEVEL 1 SCRUBS in Fort Worth, TX from my office. But I was in a crunch, needless to say I made the wrong choice. If you are in the market for scrubs ask around the office, don't learn a hard lesson like I did.
