They will try to get you scheduled for the next appointment but this is not a requirement just say no thanks and they back off. Same with the wax passes. Overall good experience and I do recommend.

Recently, I've noticed that wait times have increased. In the past, I never had to wait more than a few minutes past my appointment, but now it can be 10-15 minutes. It appears that management may not be allotting enough time per customer, which can cause staff to run behind schedule. That said, my overall experience remains positive, and I'm happy to wait because EWC continues to be my go-to place for waxing.

Although it is a 45 min drive from where I live, I will not go any where else from now on. Crystal took her time and was very precise. What really surprised me was there was hardly any pain. I didn't leave red or blotchy like I normally do at nails salons. It does cost $30 but it will last 3-4 weeks minimum.

I had never gotten either of these services before so I had a lot of questions which Kayla answered patiently and personably. She has such a friendly and bubbly personality! The eyelash tint was a little uncomfortable for me but this may be because I was wearing contacts. Kayla made me feel very comfortable for the spray tan and did an excellent job with the color and tone. I was obsessed! It definitely faded a bit after the third or fourth day but to be fair, I was on vacation and swimming in the ocean and pool a lot. The last several threadings I did (somewhere else) left me with messy brow shapes that didn't suit my face. After some research I found Usha's and I'm so glad I did. My brows haven't looked this good in several years. The threading did hurt more than other threadings I've experienced in the past but I made it through - no pain no gain. I've been seeing Ashley for a while now for facials, and most recently a Brazilian. She always does…read morean amazing job on my face, and now on my downstairs as well. The Brazilian was much quicker and not nearly as painful as Brazilians I've experienced in the past. She also doesn't double-dip. Everything is kept clean and sanitary throughout the entire process. I run everything I use on my face by Ashley since she's so familiar with my skin now & it hasn't looked this good since I was a kid. I took some time off of getting facials a few months back & the difference was ridiculous. My skin became dull again and began breaking out. Never again! I'm back to my old monthly schedule.
