On top of that, they asked if I wanted a massage, but did not mention that it would be an additional $20 charge. In the end, my total was $95 for a result that I was not happy with. I went back to have them fix it, and even after tipping $15, they asked for an additional tip, which felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I don't mind paying for good service, but changing prices in the middle of the service and pushing for extra tips is unacceptable. I left very dissatisfied and would not return.

No massage of any sort, no spa amenity at all (not even a paper cup of water). And for the amount of cuticle trimming they did (my finger bled) it's amazing how dry and flaky my fingertips are.... I would say you get what you pay for but you don't. You get far less. Other nail salons of similar caliber charge $10-$12 for much more than what Bliss Nails - formerly Top Nail - provides.
