We had a budget, and he helped us keep to it, but he really went above and beyond that. Other vendors told us there was no way to keep the 130 year window moldings, but Turab not only helped us keep them, but had so many neat tricks to improve our restoration project. Other vendors just gave us offers against our project scope, but Turab explained to us the dynamics of different windows in different parts of the house and what types worked best and saved us money. He made custom moldings for our cellar windows. He also helped us out to stop a fly tipping incident one day when we were out and not able to deal with it ourselves. And when it was pouring with rain and our basement flooded, he went outside and took a really long and hard look and told us what the problem was. We got it fixed the same weekend and never had issues since.

The job was projected to take 2 days, but they finished in 1, promptly starting at 7:30 am and not leaving until 7 that night. Crews kept moving in and out all day to do different parts of the job. I called approximately 10 different window screen installation businesses and window businesses in general to see if I could have anybody install some official window screens for my windows. G and G Windows was the only company who responded to my inquiry. Not only did G and G Windows respond , but they responded in a timely manner. The next day they came to my apartment for measurements and two days after that they came with the screens which are perfect. Unfortunately, coop city no longer provides screens for the windows and I could not get anyone who could refer me to a company or anybody for that matter to help me get the screens. Each screen for each window cost $230.00 which I can understand how some people can see as expensive. However , I am extremely with the results, the quality and the service I received . KORAB was the individual who helped me . KORAB was very professional and timely with all his responses regarding all of my questions. To all my fellow cooperators in coop city , the Bronx , I would recommend you getting your screens from G and G Windows and asking for KORAB.
