Their price was significantly less than the regional competitors that come to you. On top of that they could order the glass and replace it during the day. The other places, I would take 3-5 days for an appointment. Left my car at 830am, and it was ready by noon. All glass shards were cleaned up including inside the door cavity. When I returned, six pieces were completed and I was told the price had increased to $800. I did not agree to the new price and no payment was made because we could not reach an agreement. During the dispute, I was threatened during the interaction, and I have audio recordings. I called the police due to the dispute over the property. After officers arrived, I recovered two unfinished pieces, while six completed pieces remained in his possession with claims that they were going to be disposed of.
