The gentleman helping me quickly looked to see where their closest location to me was and what days they do deliveries! As for picking out my mattress, I knew nothing about a mattress other than: does it feel good? The man had me try out a few and see what I liked and what I didn't like till we narrowed it down to two! From there, he then had me lay on each for a good 5-10 minutes to really get a feel for it! He wanted me to like it, after all, I'd be spending a good 8 hours on it everyday! After finally deciding on which mattress to purchase, the buying process was easy! I was so impressed with the price of it as well. Happy to know that I wouldn't be going into debt! Next time I need to buy a new mattress, I will 10/10 be coming back!

After delivery (which was fast and easy with great delivery guys), I realized the twin box was too small for my antique bed. Not only was I able to return it with no hassle, but Vince went the extra mile and tried to source a shorter box that would fit my bed (without me asking), even going so far as to look into custom-made options. He had several options for us and also had pillow and frame recommendations. He let us know of any sales and that if the price drops within a year they'd match it. The only hiccup we had was the mattress was out of stock for our initial delivery day but we didn't have to wait that Iong for it to be rescheduled. The delivery team was prompt and quick. A week before our arrival, we received a call that a pillow did not make it in the order, however that she would order one so that when we arrive everything will be ready. We finally arrive, excited and ready to get our daughter settled in. We go to Mattress Firm and when we state that we are here to pick up our order, Mindy rashly states that the other salesperson in San Francisco messed up our order. I don't recall her exact words but were something like, "I don't know what he was doing, but he messed up. You can go and pick up the pillow at the warehouse." This take it or leave it attitude totally caught me off guard. Even the look on her face didn't show any remorse. We got a call a week prior, so if it is so easy to pick up the pillow at the warehouse, why couldn't they just have one shipped to the Shadyside location? Or give us a call and redirect us to pick up at the warehouse instead of going the Shadyside location? We suspect that since Mindy didn't take the original order that maybe she wouldn't get any credit/commission so why give any additional effort on her end.
