I was dealing with wisdom teeth pain for 2 months and simply thought it was a tooth pushing. Each night was a headache and hard to sleep or even eat. I registered online (great option by the way) scheduled an appointment for Thursday to get an exam/x-ray. Come to find out they needed to be pulled. They were so accommodating and Maria explained to me so well of what the options were and how things could go. They were even willing to extract them for me the same day but I wasn't prepared. I scheduled for Friday morning instead (next day). During my visit I got to meet some of the nicest people that clearly LOVE their profession. Everyone from the front to the procedure itself were excellent in making my nerves calm for this. I would like to give a HUGE thank you to Maria, Andrew, Sonia, Dr. Bhatti, and Amanda, for helping to guide me with patience and compassion for the situation I was in. You all made a nerve wrecking situation very pleasant and 3 days later I have 0 pain whatsoever (I've had 0 pain since the procedure at all which is outstanding). I looked at 4 other places before finally discovering this place and I'm glad I did. People like the staff here are the type that should train others in every profession when it comes to how to treat people with kindness and the ability to have positive impacts in their journey! My dentist, who identified no general issue with my teeth, identified an area that needed a specialist such as Dr. Louria. Upon leaving, I called their office as I was literally walking out of my dentist and I was able to get in the next day. At that consultation visit it was determined that there was an issue with a crowned tooth and a root canal was recommended. Fortunately, again, they were able to get me in the next day. Due to my pain level and anxiety, I was able to get Halcion, a sedation med, and had zero pain, no concerns, it was a breeze. No pain during or since. The Smile Center of Orlando is "my place". Originally, the convenience of the location was the biggest plus. I had received some great word-of-mouth review from an old co-worker and thought I'd (as well as my significant other) give it a shot. We knew this was a place we wanted to continue to visit. The equipment is relevant to 2016, the dental hygenists and the doctors are friendly and helpful and the front staff is graciously helpful when it comes to questions about insurance, pricing, and payment options. In my humble opinion, there's no reason to be smacked with a bill you didn't expect because it wasn't discussed prior to services. Maybe I've had a lot of experience going to the dentist because of my past, but at the Smile Center, if I've ever had any questions about coverage of services, the staff is very helpful about guiding me through what my benefits cover, and what it doesn't. With all of that said, I have moved to the complete opposite side of town, and I continue to visit this dentist because I trust this place. The following is an update to my initial visit with Dr. Slosser back in February. My dentist…read morereferred me to Dr. Slosser again in November as he saw a shadow around a root canal my dentist's office completed earlier this year. My dentist was hoping to see if Dr. Slosser could "save my tooth" after the consultation. I was stunned by the diagnosis as I had no pain with the subject tooth. After examining the x-ray and the tooth, Dr. Slosser compared the x-rays from February and today and stated he did not think I had an issue. He pointed to where he thought the shadow was improving compared to earlier this year. He explained it takes a long time for bone to heal and since I have no pain, he suggested leaving it be and to come back in six months for a follow-up checkup. Of course, if I did experience any pain before then to contact his office immediately and they will work with me ASAP. Then, this amazing endodontist said, "I'm not charging you today for this consultation" given I was a previous patient this year. Now, that is exceptional!! I had to provide this update as soon as I got back from this appointment to properly give credit where credit is due for an outstanding endodontist! Thank you, Dr. Slosser!

While I was not directly referred to CFL Endo, I am glad I found them due to another review I read where they were told they didn't need one. That was the review that convinced me that this place was an honest practice. I saw Dr. Slosser, he ran tests on me, took the time to explain my options, and provided referrals. No one wants a root canal, but I feel more comfortable should I need one, this is where I will come.

It took them three teeth to get that one right and luckily that one isn't loose. I have disputed the $1,000 transaction with my credit card.
