Debbi's extra efforts far exceeded the scope of her required duties. She made sure that concerns I was having were properly relayed before our arrival and she expressed sincere empathy during a unique situation. Debbie went above and beyond because she truly cares about people. Her job is not just a paycheck to her, it is evident that this woman is there to make a difference. I even shared a big hug with her before we left! Dr. Vaughn possesses an aura that instantly puts one at ease. He is thorough with his work and very professional, yet at the same time he is a casual and genuine man- someone you would love to barbecue and have a beer with! Direct and to the point, he got straight to work and he did a fantastic job getting things done. I wish I could remember the young woman's name who was assisting him. She was absolutely great as well! She knew her job in and out, and she knew that I was stressed. She put in her best effort to help. Just a small gesture like giving Mom a chapstick too, was thoughtful and much appreciated. The office setting there is cozy and clean. There's a beautiful fish aquarium and a nice variety of magazines. When I got there and told them I was pregnant and wasn't sure about doing repeat X-rays as I just had one done at my other dentist they were rude and told me I couldn't be seen and they had to repeat them. They told me it wasn't a big deal to do X-rays while pregnant. They just made me feel uncomfortable. I would have felt better if they put me in a room and had a medical professional talk to me about it instead of being turned away at the desk by the receptionist.

I understand from his staff, he rushed to the hospital to perform life threatening surgery on her at 5:30 pm .. .. That surgery lasted 6 hours! .. he saved her life that night .. and finished at 11:30 pm... The surgery gave her 2 more years of life ..and she has regained full health since then .. thanks to the help of his staff, her primary care physicans who worked in coordination with Dr. Perencivich's staff. The gift was that she came out of intensive care at 10 am on Sept. 6th .. and her first great granddaughter was born several weeks early in the room beneath her at 10 pm ... and a bond between generations was created .. During the same time I saw him try to save the life of a dear friend who was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer .. During the two week hospitilization, I saw this Doctor do everything he could for the family and for the gentleman...tirelessly..
