When I got there and told them I was pregnant and wasn't sure about doing repeat X-rays as I just had one done at my other dentist they were rude and told me I couldn't be seen and they had to repeat them. They then proceeded to book me a follow up appointment with no consultation, and tried to charge me for the missed appointment. YEARS LATER THEY ARE STILL HOUNDING ME TO THIS DAY. Demanding that I pay for this 'missed' appointment. I have called several times and explained I never booked it, and that they are harassing me at this point.
