I requested to speak to management but they did not have a manager on duty that evening, which I find odd. I spoke to the head cashier who was not helpful at all. I think she managed to squeeze out an i'm sorry one time. Despite having many items to load into my vehicle and being asked if I needed help and agreeing, i did not receive the help promised and had to struggle with three cart loads out to my vehicle, alone.
