I got charged full rental on a piece of machinery that did not work…read more I was in the need of installing lights on a 60 foot pole. They rented me a 65 foot boom. This boom wouldn't go over 45 feet because of it's safety system. My electrician called several times to get some help and was put on hold for so long , he hung up. I called the following day and talked to a gentleman said yes you should not have been sent that piece of equipment and we will help you out. The guy that picked up the equipment told me me the same thing. YET when I got my c/c bill, I was never given any type of credit. WHAT A BUNCH OF THIEVES. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.
