The man working there was only interested in the value of gold, didn't care about the stones or settings, told me I should sell all of the gold pieces. He then broke a piece while trying to determine if it was real gold - no apologies. Of course it was the most valuable piece in her collection. Adding insult to injury, his parting words were something along the lines of that it was a shame this is all my mom had to show for a lifetime of jewelry. This place might be fine if you just want to sell, but the guy is a jerk. Terrible service.
