When something fell outside of the parameters, he was very quick to point it out (example- one stone was rated SI1 and he wanted me to see the flaws). I found him to be extremely honest and ethical as well as warm and personable. We were upfront that it was our first time looking and getting pricing and he did not pressure us at all.
