We purchased a new Avalon pontoon in 2024 from them. When they were placing the boat on the trailer they damaged the toons. My husband spoke with Scott and he said they would take care of it and make it right, photos were provided for Scott to see. Now, he states that Bill (owner) said it "happens" and they are not doing anything about it and Scott was just as a matter of fact when I recently spoke with him. We also need a part from Avalon warehouse and because Bill calls them bitching them out on a regular bases they are not moving any faster. Beware when buying from them. I was having trouble starting and bough down and just rough running engine with less than 200 hrs. He did appropriate diagnostic work and when completed the Johnson 115 purrs like a kitten. He also went through my trailer and gave me great fixes which include new bearings for the wheels. He is replacing the impeller on next Monday as well. Very professional and focused upon the task! I went to some of the marine dealers, and no one could work on it for over a month, I found out about Alexanders Marine Service, I talked to Brian, they got my outboard parts and repaired the pump in four days.
